The property is very clean. The house is nicely furnished, everything is available that one needs. It is quiet and you are very quickly at the water.

The condition of the house was good, but it is a summer house and not a winter house.

The kitchen with appliances, the beds, washing machine, shower curtain, the surrounding terraces, the Weber grill, the outdoor furniture, and the quick help with technical problems. Recommendations: The cities of Haderslev and Christiansfeld, as well as the island of Åro with the restaurant "Cafe Årogaard" and for families with younger children, the playground near the winery on Åro.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Play options for smaller children on site Recommendations: Legoland Billund / Bigense Havn

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

We particularly liked the amenities in the house, as well as the outdoor area and the many options for terrace use! Recommendations: The safari park and Lego Land are highly recommended.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

The house was clean. Except for the coffee machine, the electrical appliances were in perfect condition. The coffee machine should be replaced with a newer simple coffee machine. The property is well-maintained and has a versatile outdoor area. Recommendations: Haderslev and Christiansfeld have a lot to offer. In both places, there are small museums that are worth a visit. In Christiansfeld, also the city center, which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

It is incredibly cozy, beautifully furnished, and has everything it needs. There are different corners where you can retreat, even though it is not that big overall. Simply great! Recommendations: We went to Legoland, to the Geografisk Have (Geographical Garden), and took walks right by the holiday home by the sea. All excursions were very nice.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

The reading corner in the living room with the cozy armchairs. And the terrace around the house was very beautifully designed, even with grapevines. Recommendations: The many playgrounds in the area, a walk along the coast is worth it. Christiansfeld, Haderslev, and Kolding are very nice. Additionally, there is an old mill nearby to visit.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Very nice house with good amenities, everything is available. Clean and well-maintained, unfortunately, poor guest support. Arrival was on Saturday and there was no internet and television. I could only call on Monday to inform. It was promised that someone would come immediately. No one came, called in the afternoon, no one came, called Tuesday morning and called in the afternoon, what a surprise, no one came. On Wednesday at noon, the technician came and solved the problem after half the vacation was over. Very bad. I hope for a financial compensation as this was listed as a service. If this does not happen, there will be a bad review as well as a post on social media on Insta, TikTok, etc. Recommendations: Go motorboating in GL Albo, play mini-golf nearby, and go troll hunting.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Everything great. Tip for the landlord: Please tighten all door handles, they are all very loose. Recommendations: Billund Legoland, the free swimming pool is great, as well as the beach by the house, great for crab fishing! Also, the Netto and especially the bakery in Christiansfeld are recommended, as well as the small camping shop 400m from the house. The city of Kolding has a great old town. Furthermore, we went a bit further away to the Naturkraft center near Ringkøbing.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

The house is in good condition, with good furnishings, with dishes and furniture and well-located property in a cul-de-sac! With parking on the property, in front of the door, and a well-maintained outdoor area with several terraces. Particularly noteworthy are the two lounge chairs and the fireplace. The firewood must be brought along or purchased from the merchant. The air conditioning is a good relief for heating the house in colder periods. It is a beautiful vacation in a light-filled holiday home. Recommendations: There are brochures in the house and otherwise Google.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Small but fine holiday home that, with many small details, makes the house seem larger than it is. / We found the terraces around the house with the many seating options beautiful, so that one could always follow the sun without having to carry everything. The house was simple but well furnished. Annoying was only that we had no oven (it was already defective upon arrival, unfortunately the service and the owners could not fix this during the time we were there, so we were unfortunately very limited in food preparation). Recommendations: Just walking through the complex to see the beautiful holiday homes is already worth a stroll.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

The premises and several terraces / around the house. Recommendations: There are numerous options for day trips, for example, the city of Kolding (Kolpinghaus). The Info Center has a very good overview and good advice; the staff are very friendly, nice, and helpful. There is something for everyone.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

The kitchen is very well equipped. The house is very bright and comfortably furnished. In the garden, there is a swing-slide play equipment and a sandbox is also available. There are three wooden terraces at the house and enough furniture for sunbathing. Recommendations: Legoland, VikingeCenter in Ribe, and of course Kolding are recommended.

It is a very beautiful and cozy house. It has everything you need. It has a great terrace that invites you to relax and sunbathe.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

We spent a week in this very tastefully and lovingly furnished little house with our 2 children (4 & 8). The living space is quite large, and the children had plenty of room to play. Only the sofa was completely worn out, so you almost sank into it and had difficulty getting up on your own. The kitchen is simply but functionally equipped. The bedroom and bathroom are small but sufficient. Unfortunately, there is hardly any storage space in the house. Of the 3 wardrobes, one was unusable as it was full of cleaning supplies. Of the other two, only one had shelves, the other only had a clothes rail. In the bathroom, there was no storage space/cabinet at all. Not very practical for 4 people. Therefore, I would not recommend the house to families. In the bedrooms, there were no dark blinds, so we covered the windows with blankets to be able to sleep somewhat. The garden was very nice. The terrace was large and completely surrounding. There was a large seating area that was in the sun until the evening, but unfortunately had no roof. The covered terrace was unfortunately located at the front towards the driveway, which was impractical as there was no privacy there. We therefore did not use it. There was a swing, slide, and sandbox including sand toys on the property, as well as cricket and mini-golf equipment in the shed. We did not use the annex. The fireplace heated the entire living room very quickly and for a long time, which was very practical. Unfortunately, there was no firewood available, but we were able to buy some cheaply from a private household in the neighboring village (Hals - about 10 minutes away). In Hals, there was also a small shop where one could buy the essentials and a gas station. There were 2 playgrounds in the immediate vicinity of the house. A smaller one within running distance, about 10 minutes, and a larger one in Trappendal about 5 minutes by car. The beach was accessible on several footpaths. However, one should be in good shape, as the house is situated very high, and you have to walk up and down a large hill. In Haderslev (about 30 minutes drive), there is a nice pedestrian zone with adjacent great playgrounds, and in Kolding (about 45 minutes), a nice large shopping center. In 45 minutes you are at the Givskud Safari Zoo, which is really worth a visit. All in all, we had a nice vacation.

Very nice house with good amenities, everything is available. Clean and well-maintained, unfortunately poor guest service. Arrival was on Saturday and there was no internet and television. I could only call on Monday to inform them.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Super amenities. Unfortunately, neither the internet nor the television worked. Despite reporting to dancenter, the technician could not help. The house and the garden were great.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

A beautiful and very cozy house. It is nicely furnished and has everything you need. The outdoor area is lovely with several terraces and seating options. A play structure with a slide and swings for children is great! We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime!

Everything great. Tip to the landlord: Please tighten all door handles, they are all very loose.

It is a very beautiful and cozy house. It has everything you need. It has a great terrace that invites you to relax and sunbathe.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

We spent a week in this very tastefully and lovingly furnished little house with our 2 children (4 & 8). The living space is quite large, and the children had plenty of room to play. Only the sofa was completely worn out, so one almost sank into it and had difficulty getting up alone. There was a large seating area that was in the sun until the evening, but unfortunately had no covering. The covered terrace was unfortunately located at the front towards the driveway, which was impractical as there was no privacy there. Therefore, we did not use it. In Hals, there was also a small shop where you could buy the essentials and a gas station. There were 2 playgrounds in the immediate vicinity of the house. A smaller one within walking distance, about 10 minutes, and a larger one in Trappendal about 5 minutes by car. The beach was accessible on several paths on foot. However, one should be in good shape, as the house is very high up and you have to walk up and down a large hill. In Haderslev (about 30 minutes drive) there is a nice pedestrian zone with great playgrounds nearby, and in Kolding (about 45 minutes) a nice large shopping center. In 45 minutes you are at the Givskud Safari Zoo, which is really worth a visit. All in all, we had a nice vacation.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

The house is in good condition, with good furnishings, dishes, and furniture, and well-located property in a cul-de-sac! With parking on the property, in front of the door, and a well-maintained outdoor area with several terraces. Particularly noteworthy are the two lounge chairs and the wood stove. The firewood must be brought along or purchased from the merchant. The air conditioning is a good relief for heating the house in colder periods. It is a beautiful vacation in a light-filled holiday home.

Small but fine holiday home that, with many small details, makes the house appear larger than it is. / We liked the terraces around the house with the many seating options, so that one could always follow the sun without having to carry everything. The house was simple but well furnished. The only frustrating thing was that we didn't have an oven (it was already broken upon arrival, unfortunately the service and the owners could not fix it during the time we were there, so we were unfortunately very limited in food preparation).
