The property and location are absolutely recommendable. Well-maintained lawn and trimmed hedge. The windows (outside) should be cleaned once (but it didn't bother us). The overall condition of the house is completely fine, as long as no 5-star expectations are held. If necessary, the shower curtain could be replaced, as well as the bath mat. Refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, etc. work flawlessly. Recommendations: We have now been in this house for the third time and several times in Hejlsminde. Our son loves the beach and Legoland in Billund. The Storcenter in Kolding is always good and offers something for everyone.

Beautiful location, large garden, covered terrace, large living/dining area. Recommendations: In the village of Hejlsminde, there is a snack bar/ice cream parlor and two restaurants. We can only assess the ice cream parlor, where we bought ice cream a few times. Kolding, Haderslev, and Christiansfeld are not far away. There are many attractions and shopping opportunities there. The area is very suitable for cycling and hiking. Or of course to swim in the Baltic Sea.
