"The house is cozy and okay for 1 - 2 weeks. The mattresses in the NW room could be thicker - but you sleep well. The fireplace works, but has slight draft issues (probably something in the chimney?). You can still get the 'place' nice and warm if you leave the stove door slightly open. Sparrows are nesting in the SW roof, and we also had a rather tame fox visit us on the terrace - all no problem. The Wi-Fi (out of the box) is somehow unclear." We have defined our laptop as a hotspot via a LAN connection to the internet box - thus creating our own Wi-Fi. "Recommendations: Kolding is a must. There is a huge playground with pedal boats and a rowing lake - all for free. But Kolding is beautiful anyway, both the old town and the new architecture in many large buildings. And then there was the castle . . . One should also use the nature trail to hike to the church in Hejls. In addition, you can shop at Brugsen there.

The location is fantastic, situated in a quiet area but not too far from Koldinghus Royal Castle. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the living room was cozy for family evenings. Definitely recommended!
