Description
Attractive and very family friendly ! Sea view. Extremely centrally located with just 150 meters to idyllic beach, outdoor pool and playground etc. On the inside everything is TOTALLY renovated. All in bright and pleasant colors.
The holiday house has modern, practical and highly functional kitchen with all the modern kitchen tools. The kitchen has open access to the living room. Beautiful sea views over the Genner Bay and Sandskaer Campsite from both of these rooms as well as from the biggest of the two terraces. The large windows of the holiday house make sure there is plenty natural light inside.
One bedroom with a double bed and one room with three beds of which one is a bunk bed. A child cot and a child chair are avaliable in the house. These two rooms have wooden floor while all the other rooms have underfloor heating and are covered with bright tiles. From the window in one of the rooms you have views over the Little Belt.
Furthermore there is a really cozy and spacious loft with a smart and convenient staircase. Kids love this loft and here there are two sleep possibilities.
A beautiful, bright and spacious bathroom with a large bathtub which also has a shower cabin. Moreover also comfortable floor heating in this room. The floor heating of the house by the way can controlled separately in four sections / departments.
The main heat source of the house is the economically advantageous air-to-air heat pump. However, there is also electric heating in the two bedrooms just as there is a good and stable wood stove in the living room.
In the living room there is a flat-screen TV connected to digital cable TV with around 33 Danish, Scandinavian and German channels at the moment. Furthermore, there is a radio, a DVD player and last, but not least, freely accessible internet / WI-FI (100/100 Mbit speed - ideal for streaming and gaming).
The house also has a small tool shed in which you will find a large parasol, barbecue with all accessories, drying rack + clothespins and extra garden furnitures.
Around the house there is plenty of space and more parking possibilities. From the lawn a the side of the house you have sea view over both the Little Belt and the small island Barsoe.
The holiday house is suitable for residential the ENTIRE year !

relaxing short vacation with a beautiful location and view
The pretty house is very bright and friendly with its many windows, and has a beautiful view of the fjord. It is very practical and tastefully furnished and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The 5 beds, spread over 2 rooms, plus 2 beds under the roof, were very comfortable. The living area is bright and cozy and has a fireplace. The holiday park consists of a row of houses of the same type and is idyllically surrounded by meadows near the beach. For shopping, you drive to the small town about 3 km away. A car is necessary. The contact with the landlord was very good, responses came very quickly and the stay was well and thoughtfully prepared by him. We, including our small dog, felt very comfortable. Thank you!

"Hyggefeeling" in a cosy house near the German border
The holiday home is situated with a view of the Baltic Sea across a campsite when sitting at the table, but this is not disturbing.
It is very cosy and very clean, nothing is missing.
The layout of the holiday home is nice, for example the bathroom is between the bedrooms so that the bedrooms are not adjacent to each other. Well thought out.
The fireplace, but also the heat pump bring very nice cosy temperatures into the house and when you come home in the afternoon from an excursion, the house is already very warm due to the sun shining into the house.
There are two terraces with tasteful furniture, there are three bedrooms, of which the one in the roof is a great experience for children.
You can walk to the sea from the house and also go swimming.
There is nothing missing in the house, even a blender! And finally enough crockery and cutlery so that you can let the dishwasher run full.
We felt very comfortable.
One thing you should know: The surroundings are not flat, you should have a good step when cycling.
Mr Johansen and his family take exemplary care of the properties, once we had a problem with the fridge, Mr Johansen came immediately and found out what the problem was (we had accidentally missed a switch and accidentally turned off the fridge.
We recommend this holiday home and especially the Johansson family for the good management.
The house is really good for relaxing.
Aabenraa is a cute little town, which is easy to reach by bike.On the island of Als, which you can reach by car, you can take very nice walks by the sea.
There is not much in the way of cultural sights here, but we don't think it's necessary for a relaxing holiday.
It's just perfect for switching off,
because everything is not hectic

Family holiday near the beach
First of all: We had a very nice holiday in house 23
The distance to the beach is about 100 - 200 metres and we spent several half days there. The house is well equipped and clean
Our host explained everything to us in detail, and we also received some written information about the house, the camping site, etc., so that we could easily find our way around.
For our son, the many playgrounds nearby were a real highlight, and at the campsite he was able to quickly make friends with other kids
In my opinion, our best day trip was the excursion to Römö, which is only an hour away. A huge sandy landscape awaited us, you could drive really far to the beach by car and then walk the last few metres to the water
We plan to come again and are looking forward to it if it works out. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Great holiday in a beautiful holiday home
The three of us spent our Whitsun holiday in this holiday home and have to say in all honesty that we have never had such beautiful accommodation. The house is very nicely, functionally and comfortably furnished with a great kitchen where cooking is really fun. And when else do you have the opportunity to cook with a view of the sea? The view in general is unique. There are two terraces, both equipped with beautiful garden furniture, one with a panoramic view of the Baltic Sea.
The house and the whole complex are pleasantly quiet, yet there is a lot to discover. You have access to two beaches, there are playgrounds for all ages, a beach volleyball court, a swimming pool and much more. It certainly won't get boring. There is also a lot to see in the region. Sports enthusiasts and nature lovers, but also those interested in culture will get their money's worth and a visit to the beautiful towns such as Aabenraa and Sonderburg is really recommended.
Another plus point is the very nice and uncomplicated landlords, who have put a lot of love into the house and thus provide the holiday guests with a relaxing and unforgettable holiday. In general, we experienced Denmark as a beautiful country with very friendly and helpful people. We believe that once you have been to Denmark, you will want to come back.
We would like to thank the Johansen family once again for letting us spend our holidays in this holiday home and we very much hope that we will be allowed to come back again.

Beautiful holiday home in a wonderful location.
We had 14 wonderful days in holiday home 23. The house is equipped with everything you need for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Even when the weather is not so good, you are in good hands. Wonderful hiking trails, very well-developed bicycle paths, nice little towns and rustic, unspoilt beaches make the whole package complete.
In addition, there is a very friendly landlord who was able to answer all our questions competently when he handed over the house.

Excellent accommodation!
We have been guests of the landlord as a family for the third year in a row, and we have stayed in two different holiday homes. We give 5 stars in all categories because we liked the accommodation very much. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is there (including a baby cot and high chair). Very nice and very clean house with sea view in a well-maintained holiday centre
We especially liked the bay, where even little pampers rockers can swim without any problems. The absolute highlight for our daughter was the large bouncy cushion, the playground and the hammocks at the campsite overlooking the water. Our son loved the loft of the house, which is wonderful for chilling out when not needed as an extra room.
Despite the mixed weather we had a great two weeks here. Thank you so much for a relaxing time!

Ein wirklich schöner Urlaub
Wir waren zu dritt mit unserer 19 Monate alten Tochter im Urlaub. Dafür war das Ferienhaus perfekt ausgestattet mit Babybett und Hochstuhl. Es war alles sauber, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der Fernseher hat einige deutsche Programme. Aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster und von der dort angrezenden Terasse hat man Meerblick. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist perfekt. Man ist fast am Rand der Anlage, nah am Meer und trotzdem auch schnell beim Restaurant und Freibad der Ferienhausanlage oder bei den Tieren des angtenzenden Campingplatzes (das war für unsere Tochter ganz wichtig und schön ;) ).
Man sitzt nicht dicht auf dicht mit den Nachbarn, sodass man das Kind auch mal gut laufen lassen kann und es keine Lärmbelästigung gibt.
Das Bad ist mit einer schönen Badewanne ausgestattet.
Es hat uns rundum gut gefallen.

Alles super!!
Wir haben ein paar erholsame Tage über Himmelfahrt in diesem kleinen gepflegten Ferienhaus verbracht. Unsere Kids und der Hund haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Entspannter Familienurlaub in fantastischer Lage
...den hatten wir zusammen mit unseren zwei Kindern (1 und 4) und unserem Hund in diesem schönen Haus mit Blick aufs Meer. Es fehlte uns dort an nichts, da es sehr gut ausgestattet ist.
Die Umgebung ist toll, kurze Wege zu den Badestränden und Spielplätzen.
Unsere Kinder waren begeistert und hatten viel Spaß.
Der Kontakt zum Vermittler bzw. Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Danke dafür!
Wir kommen sicher mal wieder, wenn wir an die dänische Ostseeküste wollen!

Erholung Pur, einfach super
Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne erholsame Tage. Man hat alles was man braucht und darüber hinaus. Der Vermieter Herr Johannsen ist super nett und immer erreichbar. Der Strand ist nicht weit weg . Aufjerdenfall zu empfehlen .Wir kommen wieder

One of the most beautiful holiday homes we have stayed in Denmark so far
One of the most beautiful holiday homes we have stayed in in Denmark so far. Unfortunately, everything was closed at the end of September, no kiosk or restaurant was open, not even on the adjacent camping site. The location and equipment of the house were great, there is no sauna in the house but that didn't bother us. Mr Johanson, the landlord of the house, is also very nice and friendly. We can recommend this holiday home with a clear conscience and will book it again for our next Baltic Sea holiday.

Schönes Ferienhaus. War wie vom Vermieter beschrieben. Sehr schöne Aussicht.
Man sollte allerdings ein Auto haben.

Wonderful holiday with grandchildren
This is the second time we have booked this holiday home. When the temperatures were high, we always found a shady spot on 2 terraces next to the house. The short way to the beach or the swimming pool is also very manageable with preschool children. We prefer cleanliness and quality furnishings and find both here in house 23.

Tolles Ferienhaus und super Service des Vermieters.Die Abwicklung von der online Mietung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe war TOP!
Wir wurden sehr nett vom Vermieter empfangen der uns eine Einweisung gab uns alles zeigte und sehr gute Tipps für Unternehmungen gab.Das Haus war sehr sehr sauber.Und ist ganau so wie im Internet beschrieben hell, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Es fehlt an NICHTS von dem Kopfkissen über ausgewählt Spiele über Webergrill, Sandspielzeug usw. usw..Alles sehr durchdacht und mit viel liebe und Ordnung zusammengestellt.Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Lage sehr nah am Strand.Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen!!

The "Cossy holiday house with sea view (No. 47334)" is owned by me and three other family members. So this is our family holiday house. In last years we have completely renovated the inside of the house as well as the two terraces. We think that the renovation has been really succesful. All four family members live in a distance of only three kilometers from the house which is very practically for you when you are going to pick up the key. Then there will be no unnecessary waiting or driving for you !
