Holiday home with water views over the Baltic Sea at the entrance to Nysted and approx. 250 meters to the coast and the sandy beach with jetty. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a whirlpool and access to the sauna. There are all the modern kitchen utensils that are needed in a modern kitchen. Modern furnishings. Open terrace where you can sunbathe and a covered terrace where you can enjoy the long evenings with barbecue. There is a wood burning stove and air / air heat pump in addition there is free internet connection with up to 20 MB speed and of course unlimited download. There are stairwells on the loft as well as a cot and high chair. On the plot, do not keep vans or caravans or other tall cars that can take the view from the neighbors to the water view, but there are many parking spaces close to the house. There are connectors for charging an electric car. In the city there are several restaurants, one of which is located approx. 300 m from the beach and the house. The city also has many good shopping opportunities. Worth a visit is Knuthenborg Park & amp; Safari, which is located approx. 1/2 hour drive from the house, as well as Maribo Golf Course. Also visit Fuglsang Art Museum located between Nykøbing Falster and Nysted.

Cozy, very well equipped, spacious holiday home. Very quiet location, 3 minutes to the beach and the long walk along the water's edge. We were 6 people and felt very comfortable.

The house is freshly renovated, we liked the room layout very much. Especially the room with the attached bathroom was great. The large living/dining room was very good. The terrace is very nice and offers plenty of space to sit or lie down. / We didn't like: The TV can only be operated with Apple TV. You have to download an app (e.g., ARD) in a complicated way just to watch internet TV. This is not mentioned in the description!!! A major flaw in the house. The sauna is max for one person and is being used as a storage room. Also not usable. The whirlpool is covered with limescale. We didn't like going in there. I wouldn't book the house again for these reasons. You pay for something you don't get.
