Open kitchen(cooker(electric), hood, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer), Living/bed room(TV(cable, german television channels, danish TV channels (DR1 and TV2))), bedroom(double bed), bedroom(double bed), bedroom(2x single bed), bathroom(floor heating)(tumble dryer, bathtub or shower, washbasin, toilet, washing machine), mezzanine(2x single folding bed), sauna(3 persons), heating(electric), terrace, terrace(roofed), garden, BBQ, air to air heatpump

Holiday home by Nysted with sauna and whirlpool and views of the sea and the sailing ships, which quietly glide past. The house is i.a. furnished with wood stove, washer / dryer and energy-saving heat pump. Fridge / freezer has a freezer of 60l. The cottage is surrounded by water with good sandy beaches. You can sit on the terrace and enjoy the view. To ensure a good view for everyone, there must be max. 2 cars are parked by the house. Vans are not allowed on the grounds, but must be parked in the parking lot for large cars. Not for rent to youth groups.

Cancellation terms:

  • General Conditions
  • Until 60 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
  • From 59 to 35 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
  • From day 34 and up to and including the date of arrival or later and in case of failure to show up when the rental period commences: 100 percent of the total rental price + administration fee.
  • Prepaid extra services, e.g. bed linen, final cleaning and baby chair etc., will be 100% refunded if the tenant cancels the rental agreement.
