This modern, well-equipped holiday home is located near Nysted, offering stunning views of the sea and the quiet elegance of sailboats gliding by. Perfect for groups of up to 8 people, the house spans 94m² and is designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation. Inside, the cozy living room provides a retreat with a wood-burning stove, TV, and cable TV. The home includes three main bedrooms—two with double beds and one with two single beds—plus an extra loft area with two mattresses, providing ample sleeping space for all. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, coffee machine, and a dishwasher, along with a fridge/freezer that has a generous 60L freezer capacity. The villa is a true haven for wellness, featuring an indoor whirlpool/spa tub for two persons and an indoor sauna for three persons, both fully heated, ensuring complete relaxation after a day by the water. For convenience, the bathroom is well-appointed with underfloor heating, a toilet, a sink, a shower cubicle, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. The house is efficiently heated using electric heating supplemented by an energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. Outside, the property is set on a landscaped 893 m² garden and is virtually surrounded by water, giving access to good sandy beaches. Outdoor living is celebrated here, with a terrace and a covered terrace where guests can sit and soak in the uninterrupted sea view. A garden grill is available for enjoying meals outside at this beautiful seaside location. The house is situated conveniently, with both a restaurant and a grocery store just 2.0 km away. Please note that parking is limited to a maximum of 2 cars at the house to maintain the beautiful views, and the property is not rented out to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

I had a wonderful and unforgettable vacation! I was there in the off-season and found exactly what I was looking for - peace. Nysted is a charming little place with endless beautiful views and paths for cycling and walking. The view from the holiday home makes you want to pack it up and take it with you; deer look through the terrace door in the evenings. The house is not the newest standard, but very hygge and well-equipped. I am glad it wasn't too cold. In the bathroom, I would have liked to have a warming underfloor heating. An additional thermostat indicated it, but unfortunately, it did not work. The information regarding where to find garbage bins, electricity and water meters, and thermostats for the heating should be documented in an information sheet. I had to call the service to find the water meter so that I could provide the meter reading. In Germany, meters are usually found inside the house, but at vacation homes, they are embedded in the garden under a cover in the ground. Recommendations: The artwork "Dodekalitten," consisting of 12 oversized stone figures in the shape of a stone circle, is 40 min. away, but one should definitely visit this place. The view of the Baltic Sea from there makes this special place an experience. Accompanying spherical sounds envelop you, and you leave the place deeply relaxed.
