Combined living/dining room furnished with furniture in the Danish quality. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, radio with CD player and a digital satellite system. Kitchen is richly endowed with such ceramic hob, oven, cooker hood and fridge with 90 liter freezer. The living room has direct access to the terrace. Large open/covered terrace with garden furniture and garden grill. Located on a 1500 m2 plot approx. 300 m from the beach. Both from the house and from the plot is a view of the water. Lyø, Als, Avernakø and Als can all be seen from the house. The plot borders a large nature area, with lots of animals.
