The condition and location of the house were good, the fjord and beach are in close proximity. The house itself was clean. There were four of us in the house; if you arrive with the stated 6 people, it will be very cramped. The kitchen equipment (cutlery, dishes, pots, etc.) was barely sufficient for four people, even more so for 6 people. Recommendations: Stein - Crime Scene Hawaii Laboe Baltic Sea Coast

Beautiful location near the sea. We lived in the second row and still had a nice view of the sea. The houses are beautifully furnished and divided. And nothing was missing. I just found the bedroom a bit cramped for taller people since the bed was less than 30 cm away from the wall. But for the two weeks, that was okay. Recommendations: Unfortunately, there are few dining options directly on site and at the beach. What is highly recommended is the fish cuisine in Laboe.

We bought ground coffee beforehand (unnecessary) and later also bought the wrong capsules for the coffee machine.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Since the bedrooms were located on the ground floor, there was a beautiful view of the sea and harbor from the living room and balcony. Recommendations: trips to Laboe and Kiel and a walk to Stein. Restaurants should be visited in Laboe, e.g. Ocean Eleven or La Dolce Vita. Both are on the beach.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

The holiday home is beautifully laid out, has everything you need and is in a wonderful location. In my case, a washing machine would be more useful than a sauna.
There is a deduction for cleanliness. There was still hair (including dog hair) on the floor and the shower needs to be cleaned thoroughly.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Great view of the Baltic Sea, the large bed very comfortable, good amenities.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Beautifully furnished, everything you need is available, short bike ride to Kiel and Laboe, the house is located directly behind the dike,

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

There are too few restaurants and they are too expensive! Maybe they will come soon, as the area is under development! That is why the house facilities are so important, but they were inadequate! Excursions and attractions are easy to reach by bike!

Our stay was quite pleasant, The house had a modern feel, and the underfloor heating made it so comfortable, We explored the local area, visiting the U-Boot-Ehrenmal, which was fascinating, The only downside was the ongoing construction in the Marina, but that didn’t detract too much from our enjoyment,

The condition and location of the house were good, the fjord and beach are in immediate proximity. The house itself was clean. There were four of us in the house; if you arrive with the stated 6 people, it will be very cramped. The kitchen equipment (cutlery, dishes, pots, etc.) was barely sufficient for four people, let alone for 6.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Beautiful location near the sea. We lived in the second row and still had a nice view of the sea. The houses are beautifully furnished and divided. And nothing was missing. I just found the bedroom a bit cramped for taller people since the bed was only 30 cm away from the wall. But for the two weeks, it was okay.

Super layout, upstairs living room with a view of the Baltic Sea, well-equipped kitchen, nice dining area, 2 beautiful bedrooms with cozy blankets and pillows, spacious bathroom with a nice shower area.

It had everything you need for a vacation. It wasn't far from the beach.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

The holiday home is beautifully laid out, has everything you need and is in a wonderful location. In my case, a washing machine would be more useful than a sauna.
There is a deduction for cleanliness. There was still hair (including dog hair) on the floor and the shower needs to be cleaned thoroughly.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Great view of the Baltic Sea, the large bed very comfortable, good amenities.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Beautifully furnished, everything you need is available, short bike ride to Kiel and Laboe, the house is located directly behind the dike,

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

There are too few restaurants and they are too expensive! Maybe they will come soon, as the area is under development! That is why the house facilities are so important, but they were inadequate! Excursions and attractions are easy to reach by bike!
