The location and view are great. The view is fantastic. Unfortunately, the house is very cramped. Beds, couch, and corner bench are very hard. Broken lampshade in the cleaning bucket, no sun umbrella, and very dirty grill grate. Everything else is good. Key handover went well.

The holiday home was spacious and had a cozy atmosphere. We appreciated the wood-paneled walls that gave the place charm. While the furnishings were quite standard, it was clean and functional. The location is good for families, with easy access to nearby beaches like the dog beach. We found everything we needed in the house, including a nice grilling option for outdoor barbecuing. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, although we heard a bit of noise from the construction work in the area. Nevertheless, it was a decent place to relax.

The house is adequately equipped for its basic features, but from 3 people onwards it gets quite cramped. The furnishings, especially the couch and the bench in the dining area, are already very stained and worn. The location of the house, we were in the front row, is of course top-notch. The terrace with the garden furniture is also sufficient, but it was as slippery as ice when it was damp/wet.
