Spacious and modern villa with good standard and wonderful panoramic view of the sea in Klövedal on northern Tjörn. A fantastic house to sit and enjoy the breathtaking views where you can follow the sea shifts from the first parquet from virtually every room. A perfect house for the larger family or company with high demands on both standard and location. Start the day with a dip from the bathing area which you reach in 10-15 minutes and then sit on the terrace and admire the magnificent sea view which is like a painting. The house has a high and secluded location where you have a fantastic view over the Stigfjord and southern Orust. The two floors of the villa and modern and tastefully decorated. Here are four comfortable bedrooms, plenty of living space both inside and outside and two comfortable bathrooms, perfect if you are many. The balcony is just over 120 m2 and here you can choose to follow the sun or walk in the shade on hot days, enjoy your vacations over a good meal and drink while admiring the sea shifts. Entrance floor holds fully tiled bathroom, living room with warming basin, lovely dining room with views that are difficult to beat and with access to the large terrace. Modern kitchen, laundry room, guest toilet and two bedrooms one of which with day bed which becomes a comfortable double bed in the evening. Upstairs there is a family room with sofa bed and exit to the balcony where you have if possible have even better views of the sea. Close to service in Kållekärr, 4 km or the central town of Skärhamn with a large selection of shops, restaurants and the well-known Watercolor Museum. You can also take advantage of the archipelago and the small fishing villages around Tjörn such as Klädesholmen and Kyrkesund or take the ferry from Rönnäng to the nearby car-free islands of Åstol, Dyrön and Tjörnekalv. The metropolis of Gothenburg with the well-known amusement park Liseberg about 60 km. Welcome to a wonderful villa in a fantastic location in the West Coast!

The view from the living room of the archipelago is incredibly beautiful. The furnishings of the house are great. There is a gas grill on the huge terrace. Recommendations: You must see the Pilane Sculpture Park. Very beautiful grounds and only 5 km away.

The house is located very quietly on a rock plateau above a fjord. One has a magnificent view. The terrace is huge, but the interior of the house is also very spacious and beautifully furnished. Everything you need is there. The owner is very nice and helpful when there are problems. The house is particularly suitable for large families. Recommendations: One should definitely visit the island of Dyrön and take the circular path around the island (5 km). Sure! Here is the translation:
