Outdoor area: very large rooftop terrace (75 m²) facing south, east, and west with lounge corner, table and 6 garden chairs, parasol available, barbecue possible (communal grill in the garden)
Our beautiful penthouse apartment near the beach – Meeresbrise – was completed in 2015
The apartment "Meeresbrise" is comfortably and modernly furnished. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. On the large rooftop terrace (accessible from all rooms) and exclusive lounge area, you can enjoy the sun all day long. The apartment is flooded with light. For the little guests, a high chair and a travel cot are available. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating.
The holiday apartment "Meeresbrise" is a non-smoking accommodation with 2 private parking spaces directly at the property. An open bicycle rack is available. Shopping facilities, a bakery, and a restaurant are in the immediate vicinity. The harbor, about 2 km away, offers excursions by boat to the island of Hiddensee and to the Störtebeker Festival. Optimal cycling and hiking opportunities complete the offer (bicycle rental available in town). Pets are unfortunately not allowed out of consideration for allergy sufferers!

The flat is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Juliusruh on Rügen - Germany's most beautiful island ! The 8 km long, fine sandy beach, which reaches almost to Cape Arkona, is approx. 150 m away. The holiday flat is in the centre of Juliusruh with restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities.
One of the most beautiful Baltic Sea beaches is along the Schaabe. The wide, fine-sand beach is white and has a gently sloping shore - ideal for small children and non-swimmers.
With a beach length of about 9 km, you will find enough quiet sections for sunbathing and, of course, swimming.
The water quality is absolutely top and meets all requirements.
Shopping facilities are about 800 m away. A bakery, restaurant, sauna and bicycle rental are in the immediate vicinity
From the harbour of Breege, approx. 2 km away, excursions by boat to the island of Hiddensee, Bodden trips, crane trips and to the Störtebeker Festival are possible.
There are optimal cycling and hiking opportunities to explore the beautiful island of Rügen.
