Description

The detached holiday home, built in 1988 and renovated in 2020, is functionally furnished. The property is popular due to the view of the panorama and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and a hammock swing.

Fonyód. The holiday home is located on a 750 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to early October 2.5 m x 4 m 1.5 m deep).

Open-plan kitchen with dining area (8 seats), gas hob (4 burners), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
1st floor: Living/bedroom with 1 extra bed on couch/sofa. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and window. Separate WC with WC.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

Included in the price: internet access, parking place, electricity, gas, water, bed linen, pool, sunloungers, Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 40 € per object per stay. hand towels to bring along. local tax by local tariff. On request: air conditioning 5 € per room per day.
