Description

The holiday apartment is located in a detached house built in 1998 and is furnished in a modern and typical local style. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of its quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture. Washing machine is in the basement.

Location
Fonyód. The holiday apartment is located on a 300 sqm closed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, enclosed by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartment BAL FON 025 (6 people) is located on the upper floor. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house.

Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. TV reception is via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.

Dogs
allowed, EUR 8.00/pet per day. up to 30 kg or 60 cm shoulder height

Shopping 250 m, restaurant 200 m, town centre 900 m. In summer: Lake Balaton 900 m in Fonyod (beach 900 m in Fonyod with meadow and sand). Dog beach, fishing each 900 m in Fonyod.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the ground floor. Living room with sitting area, TV, access to the terrace (12 sqm, 1 table, 4 chairs) and tiled stove. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchen with dining area (6 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, and toaster. Bathroom with bathtub with shower facility, shower, 1 washbasin, bidet, and window. Separate WC with toilet and window.

Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
Please observe quiet hours, especially from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Spacious apartment, separate toilet, well-equipped kitchen, terrace with additional parasol for the morning sun, parking directly in front of the house, blinds for sun protection and fly screens for night-time ventilation

Fully equipped apartment, which leaves almost nothing to be desired. Especially good are the exterior blinds to keep the heat out during the day and fly screens to ventilate at night.
The equipment on cutlery, could be a bit more generous, so as not every day the dishwasher to start.
