The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The apartment BAL FON 025 (6 persons) is located upstairs. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house.

Fully equipped apartment, which leaves almost nothing to be desired. Especially good are the exterior blinds to keep the heat out during the day and fly screens to ventilate at night.
The equipment on cutlery, could be a bit more generous, so as not every day the dishwasher to start.
