The holiday apartment is located in a detached house. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for shared use are: sunshade, deck chair, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, and campfire site.

Fonyód. The holiday apartment is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house but uses a separate entrance. In the holiday house, there is another holiday apartment BAL FON 028 (3 persons). The available number of rooms always corresponds to the number of people. Access is via a side street. Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with smoke detectors.
Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to late August 2.2 m x 5 m 1.4 m deep). Weather dependent.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is located on the upper floor and is accessed via an external staircase. Spiral staircase. Dining room with TV and dining area. Bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 extra mattress (suitable for children only) and access to the balcony. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Kitchen with gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, and window.
House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

The possibility of using the pool and a nice garden. Unfortunately, the water ran out of the pool and there was less of it every day. In the kitchen, except that it was poorly equipped (flat for 7 people, and only 3 teaspoons, 6 cups, etc.), there was a small and leaky refrigerator, not close-fitting. Therefore, we ruined a lot of food. The owner was totally unable to get along - he did not know English.
