Description

The holiday apartment is located in a detached house built in 1998 and is furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in a residential area. The domicile is popular also because of its quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for shared use: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture. Washing machine is in the basement.

Fonyód. The holiday apartment is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartment BAL FON 024 (4 people) is located on the ground floor. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house.

Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. TV reception is via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.

Dogs
allowed, EUR 8.00/pet per day.

Shopping 250 m, restaurant 200 m, town centre 900 m. In summer: Balaton with beach 900 m in Fonyod (beach 900 m in Fonyod with lawn and sand). Dog beach, fishing each 900 m in Fonyod.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the upper floor and leads via an internal staircase. Living room with seating area, TV, fireplace, and access to the balcony. 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Kitchenette with dining area (4 seats), electric stove (2 plates), refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, and window.

The holding of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
Please observe quiet hours, especially from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

It was a very quiet neighbourhood and yet only 15 minutes from the lake.

We liked being on the upper floor where there was a very nice view. We also appreciated how spacious and clean the apartment was. The neighborhood is quiet and the walk to the lakefront was about 15-20 min. There was a parking spot for us, which was important as we had a car.

We will be back. The apartment was very clean and the landlady (German speaking) is very very friendly.
Ausstattund the Wohung is great. Oven would have been great. Location is also great.
A small drawback I have anyway. Unfortunately, all mattresses are very very hard. Even for someone who likes to sleep "hard".
Otherwise everything really great.
