The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and hollywood swing.

The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house.
