Description

The holiday home "Perle am See" with fully covered terrace was newly built in 2018.
It offers space for 4 people (2 adults / 2 children).
Parking is available in the immediate vicinity next to the house on the fenced property.
The bathing area at Lake Plauer is only about 100 meters away and is very suitable for children.
A 4-person fiberglass rowing boat at the private jetty belongs to the house. Next to the accommodation there is a utility house with grill and charcoal, sun loungers, ball and badminton - also suitable for storing your bicycles.
For cool evenings there is a wood-burning stove, 2 electric ceiling heaters, 1 electric bathroom radiator, as well as electric underfloor heating in the bathroom.
An A3 cycling and hiking map of the northern Plauer See is in the house. Also various reading material and several family board games.
The radio has a USB port, if necessary. for playing your own music.
Upon request, we provide bed linen + towels once for €15/person.
You are welcome to use some herbs from the bed by the terrace, depending on seasonal availability.

The house "Perle am See" is situated at the top of a holiday home settlement, separate, separated by a hedge, in a quiet location at the edge of a pine forest.
Shopping facilities: 3-4 minutes by car to Aldi, Rewe, Sky, Lidl in Plau. To the centre of Plau approx. 5 min.
There is a large sandpit with a play area and table tennis tables in the holiday home complex.
There is a volleyball court and a children's playground on the beach.

Holiday home review

The holiday home was very beautiful and modernly furnished, everything was available for grilling or leisure activities. The check-in was very uncomplicated, via a key box. We could also store the bicycles in the garden shed, and the car could be parked on the property. The bike path ran directly past the property, and the bus stops were at the hospital, about 10 minutes on foot. Bicycles are recommended for a trip to Plau, but there are also some for rent in Plau. The bathing beach and the boat belonging to the holiday home are also not far away.

Super holiday home

A very beautiful, clean, modernly furnished house. Everything you need is available. The property is fenced, and you can park your car directly there. It is only a few short meters to the beach. We really liked it and will definitely come back.

Super accommodation

We really enjoyed the week of vacation; there was nothing missing. A very clean and beautiful accommodation with everything you need. Going for a swim every morning at the bathing area just a few meters away was simply great. The landlords were also very nice and accommodating.

A great accommodation in a great area.

On this occasion, many thanks again to the landlords, the Perlt family.
A wonderful bungalow, super furnished and equipped, we lacked nothing.
Also the information about the accommodation and surroundings, tips for excursions, etc.
If we didn't have such a long journey, we would use the "Pearl by the Lake" more often.
The beautiful sunrises and sunsets, as well as the cranes flying above us,
we will never forget. The small trips with the rowboat on the lake were also a lot of fun for us. The few steps to the lake on foot are truly fantastic. Of course, we have already recommended the "Pearl by the Lake" further. Don't be surprised if there are inquiries from Austria. Many warm greetings from Switzerland.

Perfect for us

It was perfect for us. Perfect for unwinding and relaxing. Quiet in terms of location yet a good starting point for excursions in the surrounding area, whether by bike or car. Just a stone's throw to the bathing area.
The gem left no wishes unfulfilled. So much love for detail. Everything has been thought of. From the cozy blanket in case it gets cooler on the terrace in the evening, the tealight to the children's dishes or hairdryer. The landlords are very, very friendly, with a heart for a wonderful time for the guests in the pearl by the lake.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

A good arrival and directions with small tips, for example, "Warning: camera," as well as communication before arrival was great. Even the special requests were taken into account. A beautiful holiday starts with a bottle of sparkling wine, which was waiting on the table for us. This holiday home leaves nothing to be desired. Very beautiful holiday home close to the beach and with a lovely garden.

We were very happy with our holiday home. Top equipment, from kitchen utensils to board games. The short distance to the lake is ideal. Unfortunately, we didn't have great weather, so we did many trips by bus, boat, or car. There are many great destinations.

Grandma, grandpa, and two grandsons ;-)

The holiday home is located about 100 m on foot from the lake, and after a few meters you are at a nice little bathing beach with a playground and kiosk. The accommodation was very clean and tidy upon our arrival and offers enough space for 4 people. A beautiful large fenced garden for playing and relaxing, and parking directly at the house.

We were there with our 2 grandchildren for a week and had a great stay.
The equipment is modern and well thought out, there was nothing missing.

And above all, I have never found such a comprehensive kitchen equipment before!!!
Over the years, I have repeatedly had to realize that in many kitchens even the simplest things like a fruit knife, enough dishes and glasses, a small container with a lid for leftovers, scissors... etc. are missing. That's why I have a small "kitchen box for travel" with exactly these little things to make my life a little easier on vacation :-)
But here! honestly! TOP! I could put my box aside directly, didn't need it! There was even a blender! A big compliment to the owners, who obviously make great efforts to make the vacationers' stay as pleasant as possible. THANK YOU for that!
Everything you need is there.

The contact with the landlord was excellent, everything worked out great, and we will remember this place to come back again!

Plau am See is worth a visit.

Simply great the house can only be recommended, we were there with our grandchildren, the equipment was excellent, we will come back. The proximity to the water and the friendliness at the kiosk and very nice neighborhood we were thrilled. Warm greetings to the Perit family.

Perfect relaxation holiday

The "pearl by the lake" leaves nothing to be desired! The bungalow is up to date! All rooms are modern, very high quality and lovingly furnished and equipped. When the weather is bad, it is very easy to stay in the bungalow, especially with children (lots of games). The Perlt family has thought of everything, from binoculars (for the deer in the meadow in front of the bungalow) to torches, sewing kit or tick tongs...everything is really available! Mosquito and fly screens on all windows!!! You could move in immediately! Pure relaxation at Lake Plauer See. However, anglers have to rent a fishing boat from the Müritz fishermen (fishing from land is not possible)-but no problem. We are blissfully happy and hope that the "pearl on the lake" will continue to be so well looked after and not "rocked down" by holidaymakers!!!! Very friendly gardener and friendly neighbours! Our 10 days (2 adults and 2 children 8 and 9 years) were perfect with hot 32 degrees and 2 days of rainy weather at the "Pearl by the Lake"!

Beautiful holiday home, nice and fair landlords.

Recommended hiking trail in the Black ForestNational Park: The "Freudenstadt Panoramaweg" is a circular trail that offers stunning views of the Black Forest region and the picturesque town of Freudenstadt. The trail is well-marked and takes you through beautiful forests, meadows, and panoramic viewpoints. Don't forget to pack some snacks and water for a wonderful day of hiking in this scenic area!

Gemütliches Ferienhaus

New comfortable house in quiet green location.

The modern house offers (almost) everything a vacationer's heart desires. Particularly noteworthy are the great bathroom and the very well-equipped kitchen. Overall, a very generous plot with an elevated large terrace where you can sit wonderfully - also for meals. A beautiful bathing beach within walking distance, suitable for swimming for all age groups. To Plau (very nice) it is about 30 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car. In Plau, there are 3 discount stores, a supermarket, and a beverage specialty store. Several good restaurants complement the offering. We felt very comfortable!
