Description
The holiday home "Perle am See" with fully covered terrace was newly built in 2018.
It offers space for 4 people (2w / 2 children).
Parking is possible in the immediate vicinity next to the house on the fenced area.
The bathing area at Lake Plauer See is only about 150mtrs away and is very suitable for children.
A 4-person fibreglass rowing boat on the private jetty belongs to the house.
Next to the accommodation is a tool shed with barbecue and charcoal, sun loungers, ball and badminton - also suitable for storing your bicycles.
For cool evenings there is a wood-burning stove, 2 electric ceiling heaters, 1 electric bathroom radiator and electric underfloor heating in the bathroom
An A3 cycle path map of the northern Plauer See is in the house. Also various reading material and several family board games.
For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot and high chair by arrangement.
The radio has a USB connection, if necessary to play your own music.
On request, we provide bed linen + towels once for 10 €/person.
You are welcome to use some herbs in the bed on the terrace, depending on seasonal availability.

The house "Perle am See" is situated at the top of a holiday home settlement, separate, separated by a hedge, in a quiet location at the edge of a pine forest.
Shopping facilities: 3-4 minutes by car to Aldi, Rewe, Sky, Lidl in Plau. To the centre of Plau approx. 5 min.
There is a large sandpit with a play area and table tennis tables in the holiday home complex.
There is a volleyball court and a children's playground on the beach.

Excellent house, nothing is missing.
The house is superbly located and nothing is missing. Very clean and inviting. The short distance to the bathing area is ideal, as is the rowing boat that is available. A bicycle is recommended, as the town of Plau am See is about 5 km away. This holiday home is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet.

Grandma, grandpa, and two grandsons ;-)
The holiday home is located about 100 m on foot from the lake, and after a few meters you are at a nice little bathing beach with a playground and kiosk. The accommodation was very clean and tidy upon our arrival and offers enough space for 4 people. A beautiful large fenced garden for playing and relaxing, and parking directly at the house.
We were there with our 2 grandchildren for a week and had a great stay.
The equipment is modern and well thought out, there was nothing missing.
And above all, I have never found such a comprehensive kitchen equipment before!!!
Over the years, I have repeatedly had to realize that in many kitchens even the simplest things like a fruit knife, enough dishes and glasses, a small container with a lid for leftovers, scissors... etc. are missing. That's why I have a small "kitchen box for travel" with exactly these little things to make my life a little easier on vacation :-)
But here! honestly! TOP! I could put my box aside directly, didn't need it! There was even a blender! A big compliment to the owners, who obviously make great efforts to make the vacationers' stay as pleasant as possible. THANK YOU for that!
Everything you need is there.
The contact with the landlord was excellent, everything worked out great, and we will remember this place to come back again!

Plau am See is worth a visit.
Simply great the house can only be recommended, we were there with our grandchildren, the equipment was excellent, we will come back. The proximity to the water and the friendliness at the kiosk and very nice neighborhood we were thrilled. Warm greetings to the Perit family.

Perfect relaxation holiday
The "pearl by the lake" leaves nothing to be desired! The bungalow is up to date! All rooms are modern, very high quality and lovingly furnished and equipped. When the weather is bad, it is very easy to stay in the bungalow, especially with children (lots of games). The Perlt family has thought of everything, from binoculars (for the deer in the meadow in front of the bungalow) to torches, sewing kit or tick tongs...everything is really available! Mosquito and fly screens on all windows!!! You could move in immediately! Pure relaxation at Lake Plauer See. However, anglers have to rent a fishing boat from the Müritz fishermen (fishing from land is not possible)-but no problem. We are blissfully happy and hope that the "pearl on the lake" will continue to be so well looked after and not "rocked down" by holidaymakers!!!! Very friendly gardener and friendly neighbours! Our 10 days (2 adults and 2 children 8 and 9 years) were perfect with hot 32 degrees and 2 days of rainy weather at the "Pearl by the Lake"!

Gemütliches Ferienhaus
Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus in einer schönen wald- und wasserreichen Umgebung sind beste Voraussetzungen für erholsame Urlaubstage Das Häuschen ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ruhige Gegend. Zum Wasser sind es nur wenige Meter und das Nutzen des Bootes ist genial.

Neues komfortables Haus in ruhiger grüner Lage
Das moderne Haus bietet (fast) alles was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das tolle Bad und die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Insgesamt sehr großzügiges Grundstück mit erhöhter großer Terrasse, auf der man wunderbar - auch zum Essen — sitzen kann. Fußläufig ist ein schöner Badestrand zu erreichen, der zum Schwimmen für alle Altersklassen geeignet ist. Nach Plau ( sehr schön) sind es ca. 30min zu Fuß oder 5 min mit dem Auto. In Plau sind 3 Discounter , ein Supermarkt sowie ein Getränkefachmarkt. Mehrere gute Restaurants runden das Angebot ab. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Modern house
Modern house with lots of technology, clean and everything you need. Had to search a bit to find the boat, there was no exact description. Would have been nice to have a motor for the boat
Easy handover of keys, through a door code
Additional costs due to tourist tax and electricity, would have expected them to be included at the price.
