Öffentliche Bewertung We were happy to stay in this house. The house and the surrounding area are beautiful. The view is wonderful. It is less than a minute's walk to the beach. We were there in October, so the beach was not crowded. I enjoyed being able to relax and read a book, and the child to run and play in the sand. There is a good supermarket 10 minutes away by car.

The place was extremely beautiful and peaceful! The beach in front was super clean and nice, making a great place to stock up on supplies and relax. In case you want to move around a lot, the location is quite private and i would not recommend. (Foinikounta is 30 minutes away). The people living downstairs were super helpful and kind accompdating our every request! The TV could be switched to something newer (smart capable TV for netflix maybe). Overall the stay was great and highly recommended!

Absolut schöne Unterkunft, um einen Urlaub zu verbringen. Fantastische Lage gleich neben dem Strand. Ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern oder alle, die einen ruhigen und schönen Ort suchen, um den Sommer zu verbringen. Saubere, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Die Küche hat alles, was du brauchst, um einfache Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Die Betten sind komfortabel und die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist fantastisch. Das Allerwichtigste sind die unglaublich freundlichen Gastgeber. Sie sind so freundlich und einladend, dass du dich wie ein Familienmitglied fühlst. Gleichzeitig hast du volle Privatsphäre, weil sie Gäste überhaupt nicht stören. Es liegt an dir, wie sehr du mit diesen fantastischen Menschen interagieren möchtest. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren griechischen Urlaub! Überprüfe die Straße, die dorthin führt: Vertraue dem GPS nicht und fahre nicht links an der Hauptkreuzung in Charokopio (in der Nähe der Kirche). Gehe stattdessen rechts am Kunstatelier vorbei und kostenlose Parkplätze auf der rechten Seite. 200 Meter nach dem Parkplatz biegst du links ab (schmale, seltsame Straßen in Richtung Meer, Villen).

Le site était beau, proche de la plage, on peut y aller en 2 minutes .Elena et son mari sont très accueillants, et répondent à nos demandes. Ils ont été très généreux. C'était super, mais on s'est plusieurs fois perdus .

Great location! 1 min by feet and you’re on the seaside. The sea was brilliant. And the view from balcony takes your breath! The hosts were very welcome and were able to solve issues. They have beautiful garden and cats) we liked them. There were no problems with hot water and electricity. It should be noticed that the car is necessary for staying here.

Wonderfully located apartment surrounded by olive trees with a sea view. The beach is less than 100m away. The hosts were very cordial. They provided us with a cake, olives, and olive oil from their own trees.

Very good apartment. Very friendly owners, they welcomed us with a self-made cake and figs and tomatoes from their garden. One day they even cooked for us. The nearby beach was not so good and almost disappeared after a storm, but that's nature. There are other beaches in the neighborhood. Overall we had a very good holiday. Also a very well meant thank you for JASSU. Our fight was changed several times and you adapted promptly the renting period. We even received a warning for the coming storm from you. Jassu is a company to keep in mind for future traveling.

Appartement propre et fonctionnel avec une magnifique vue mer. Nous avons était très bien accueillis par un couple très sympathique. Il y avait pleins d'attentions dans l'appartement ( gâteau, bougies, bouteilles d'eau, fruits...). L'appartement est très bien situé la plage est à 20métres, il assez proche de Koroni. Nous recommandons cet appartement, dans lequel nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

The apartment cannot be found based on the description sent with the travel documents. We recommend in the future to meet at the entrance sign of the nearby village of Charakopio and then be guided in by the landlord. The access road is terrible, steep, and full of potholes. Oncoming traffic is not desired as it is not possible. The landlords are very friendly and sometimes overly eager. Everything is well thought out and abundantly available. The view of the sea is perfect. There is no natural sandy beach for miles around, and the promised tavern 500 meters away is also not there. You either walk along the rough and dangerous stone path by the beach or you drive several kilometers back and forth daily on the aforementioned bad roads to get to a beach. The steep coast at Akrojali, which, by the way, no local knows, is dangerous because of the risk of falling, especially during our stay. The contrast between accommodation and beach is significant, and one must be a special lover of such circumstances. We have been to Greece 12 times and know what we are talking about.

A very nice holiday apartment for a small price. The landlords are very nice and helpful and the apartment is equipped with everything you need. The apartment is only a few meters away from the sea and the view is fantastic. We will definitely book another holiday in this accommodation.

We felt very comfortable, well rested, and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The view of the sea and the beautiful landscape is uniquely beautiful. The sea is clean and wonderfully warm, even at this time. We liked that we were only 5 minutes from the beach. The apartment is clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Elena and her husband are hospitable and spoiled us with Greek dishes, cakes, vegetables, and delicious olive oil. There are still some small sandy beaches to discover that are not very far away.

The holiday apartment AKROJALI is tastefully and lovingly furnished. Everything is new and very clean. Many things that are useful in a holiday apartment have been thought of: there was plenty of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, even mosquito coils. The view from the terraces impressed us every day, and it is only a few steps to the beach. The landlord couple is very warm and helpful. We felt very comfortable there.

It was another great holiday at Elena and Adonis's place. The two of them are very friendly and once again provided us with olives, olive oil, lemons, herbs from their garden, and delicious meals from Elena's kitchen. The only "downside" was that the mattresses on the bed are very hard. A mattress topper from Ikea would certainly help. We were able to help ourselves by putting the mattresses from the sofa bed on top. However, this is not a reason for us not to go there again; we were otherwise very satisfied.

A wonderful place for peaceful vacation! A ton of things were fantastic about the apartment and our overall stay. The place has an absolutely beautiful view, it' s among fields with olive trees, and it's 1' away from a nice beach with only few visitors. The apartment itself is very nice and well equipped, with high ceilings and great temperature inside. Although we visited in a very hot August, we never had to turn on the air con. During the night, we even had to close the bedroom window, otherwise the breeze was too cold to stand! Another great thing is the balcony that extends on 3 of the 4 walls around the apartment. This means that there is good shade many hours of the day, making it ideal to have breakfast or brunch, or sit outside in the afternoon. The hosts are a very nice and polite couple. Even though they live at the first floor, they are very discreet and never intruding in any way. They had fresh-made sponge cake and their own olive oil awaiting for us when we arrived, and one evening Mrs Elena even gave us delicious stuffed and fried zucchini flowers she had made! The only disadvantage of the place is that it's hard to get to and from. The pin on the map provided on the listing is very accurate, so we didn't have any difficult at all with that. However, the last 1km or so is a narrow dirt road that goes among the olive tree fields. This wasn't pleasant and took us several days to get used to. Make sure you you always follow the same route to and from the apartment, so that you don't find yourself in some worse dirt roads that are found in the area. The nearest village (Characopio) is about 8 minutes away, but due to the state of the road it's best if you buy the things you need from the previous day. All in all, it's a great place, right next to a semi-private beach, with great view, well-equipped, and with really nice hosts! I believe it's ideal for peaceful vacation, for families with young kids or for people that don't to visit a lot of places every day.

We found the house at first go. The description is still reserved it is even more beautiful. The landlords are very reserved and friendly. The way to the beach/water was well manageable in 5 minutes even for me with knee problems. The landscape is wonderful it is very quiet. The view from the flat is super nice. It is a short drive to Koroni or other pretty little towns. Less than 1 km away in Charakopio you will find authentic Kaffeneon restaurants and tavernas, a supermarket, a bakery and much more. we have been travelling and sailing in and to Hellas for 15 years and find this one of the most beautiful places to relax.

The approach to the house is not necessarily for clumsy and nervous drivers, but quite manageable and not unusual for Greece. The house is wonderfully situated with 180 degree panoramic views of the sea, the opposite coast of Mani with its mountains and the bay of Koroni. Mobility is required as it is about 1.5 km to the next village. Beautiful sun and moonrises can be experienced from the balcony. The flat itself leaves nothing to be desired, very nicely furnished. Kitchen very well equipped and everything very clean and well maintained. The landlords are very hospitable and helpful. After about 200 m you can reach the beach on a good path. If you want to enjoy the beach loungers, the nearest beach is about a 10-minute walk along the shallow beach, which is in no way overcrowded. Otherwise, the region offers something for everyone. Be it sporting, cultural or simply relaxing. If you can't relax in this region, in this flat, you are doing something wrong.
