Fotios is a beautiful house in Greek style, located in a quiet area with steps leading down to the sea and a view all the way to Koroni. The owner takes great care of the house, garden, and the well-being of the guests, and yet we enjoyed an undisturbed holiday.

Fotios is a hidden gem for someone looking for a lot of peace and has few demands on the amenities. It offers a unique location above the beach with private access. The view is wonderful. The amenities are sufficient to feel comfortable. Everything is available to provide for oneself, the kitchen is adequately equipped. The bathroom with the shower is clean and flawless. For those who want to enjoy peace and set up an easel for painting, the covered terrace has everything they need.

Great location right on the beach in nature. The water is clear and warm. Helpful and friendly landlord. The house has fans (no AC) but being right by the sea, they provide enough cooling. The terrace can be used very well despite the sun. The house has everything necessary and is secure. Supermarket is not very far. Parking in the shade.

In 2019, we were for the second time in this beautiful, small cottage. Quiet, among olive trees and overlooking Koroni, wonderfully located. Over 60 steps lead down to the beautiful sandy beach. In 2020 we will come back here again.

The house fully met the specifications in the catalog. The location is beautiful. Access to the beach via 61 steps is manageable. The steps are partly very high, integrated into the landscape, and there are no railings. It might be good to mention that guests should be surefooted. Older guests may encounter problems. I managed well, but always went down very carefully. The furnishings of the house are ok, only the beds were way too hard for us. That was quite a restriction for us. So, a truly enchantingly located house, everything we needed was available, we had two wonderful weeks.

Equipment is good, almost complete. However, an air conditioning system is missing, which is hardly dispensable in August. The fifth (extra) bed is not really usable (mattress completely worn out). A radio would be quite good. The sink in the kitchen is in need of renovation. Landlord very friendly, space and surroundings excellent!

A nice house in a great location above the sea. We could easily reach the beach via a staircase. The house is well-maintained and everything worked well. The dense mosquito screens were especially great. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

A beautifully and functionally furnished house in good technical condition. Particularly noteworthy are the new windows with perfect mosquito screens. We also appreciated that instead of air conditioning, the bedrooms were equipped with large, individually adjustable ceiling fans. The landlord, a very nice older gentleman, spoke very good English, provided a perfect briefing, and was reachable in case of need. Access to the beach was via a stone staircase on the landlord's property, where all beach equipment could also be stored. The beach and the water were good and suitable for families (shallow entry). A beach bar and several restaurants as well as good shopping opportunities (5-10 km away) rounded off the overall picture. A very nice holiday.

It has a simple decor, but ultimately it has everything we needed for a holiday by the sea. We think it's great here and also with the landlord, who lives on the same (and large) property, you can get along well and uncomplicated. It was again two wonderful weeks in August for us!

This detached house has an outstanding location on this beach, as access to the beach is directly through the property. We were often approached on the beach as a result. The amenities are very tidy with new windows, including light-tight shutters and mosquito nets, the mattresses are also firm, and there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms (for the hot months), what more could you ask for. The owners, who are not visible from the house, have their own small building where they occasionally stay during the day. They are lovely people and when they are on-site, they are both practically invisible and also strive to arrange everything as best as possible. The only drawback to Fotios House: It's not easy to find initially because the entrance is hidden. So here are the coordinates: XX. We spent two wonderful weeks there at Pentecost 2012 and would love to come back!

The Fotios house lives up to its promises and the owners are very nice and accommodating. The beach is ideal for children and at the spot where we were, there were only Greeks. Exactly what we wish for when we vacation in Greece. It was a relaxing, interesting, and culinary holiday with friends. Thank you very much!
