The detached, free standing holiday house FOTIOS is set between olive groves on a nature property that is bordering the beach, just outside the district Peroulia. The beautiful hillside location, the wonderful sea view and the fine sandy beach provide everything you really need for a perfect beach holiday. From the terrace of the house you can enjoy a wide sea view along the south eastern coast up to Koroni. There is small footpath leading via approx. 20 steps to the fine sandy beach. On the lower part of the property, directly at the seashore there is the summer hut of the landlord.
The detached holiday house FOTIOS has 2 bedrooms with a shared bath and a kitchen. From both bedrooms you have a wonderful sea view. The roofed and well-sheltered terrace has a wonderful view of the turquoise blue sea (almost South Pacific like) and can be used as an outside living/dining area until late in the night.
What can you expect here? Well, it is a well-maintained but simply furnished summerhouse with a magnificent sea view, Mediterranean country style flair that is typical and original. This house is ideal for people who want to spend their holiday close to the sea without much comfort. This is an oasis for people seeking tranquillity and nature away from the hype of touristic hot spots.
The close-by picturesque village Koroni with its port scenery, taverns and cafés make a nice change from the quiet Peroulia area. Especially charming are also the towns of Pylos and Methoni. There are also many untouched beaches on the coastline between Koroni and Pylos.

Great location right on the beach in nature. The water is clear and warm. Helpful and friendly landlord. The house has fans (no AC) but being right by the sea, they provide enough cooling. The terrace can be used very well despite the sun. The house has everything necessary and is secure. Supermarket is not very far. Parking in the shade.

In 2019, we were for the second time in this beautiful, small cottage. Quiet, among olive trees and overlooking Koroni, wonderfully located. Over 60 steps lead down to the beautiful sandy beach. In 2020 we will come back here again.

The house fully met the specifications in the catalog. The location is beautiful. Access to the beach via 61 steps is manageable. The steps are partly very high, integrated into the landscape, and there are no railings. It might be good to mention that guests should be surefooted. Older guests may encounter problems. I managed well, but always went down very carefully. The furnishings of the house are ok, only the beds were way too hard for us. That was quite a restriction for us. So, a truly enchantingly located house, everything we needed was available, we had two wonderful weeks.

Equipment is good, almost complete. However, an air conditioning system is missing, which is hardly dispensable in August. The fifth (extra) bed is not really usable (mattress completely worn out). A radio would be quite good. The sink in the kitchen is in need of renovation. Landlord very friendly, space and surroundings excellent!

A nice house in a great location above the sea. We could easily reach the beach via a staircase. The house is well-maintained and everything worked well. The dense mosquito screens were especially great. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

A beautifully and functionally furnished house in good technical condition. Particularly noteworthy are the new windows with perfect mosquito screens. We also appreciated that instead of air conditioning, the bedrooms were equipped with large, individually adjustable ceiling fans. The landlord, a very nice older gentleman, spoke very good English, provided a perfect briefing, and was reachable in case of need. Access to the beach was via a stone staircase on the landlord's property, where all beach equipment could also be stored. The beach and the water were good and suitable for families (shallow entry). A beach bar and several restaurants as well as good shopping opportunities (5-10 km away) rounded off the overall picture. A very nice holiday.

It has a simple decor, but ultimately it has everything we needed for a holiday by the sea. We think it's great here and also with the landlord, who lives on the same (and large) property, you can get along well and uncomplicated. It was again two wonderful weeks in August for us!

This detached house has an outstanding location on this beach, as access to the beach is directly through the property. We were often approached on the beach as a result. The amenities are very tidy with new windows, including light-tight shutters and mosquito nets, the mattresses are also firm, and there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms (for the hot months), what more could you ask for. The owners, who are not visible from the house, have their own small building where they occasionally stay during the day. They are lovely people and when they are on-site, they are both practically invisible and also strive to arrange everything as best as possible. The only drawback to Fotios House: It's not easy to find initially because the entrance is hidden. So here are the coordinates: XX. We spent two wonderful weeks there at Pentecost 2012 and would love to come back!

The Fotios house lives up to its promises and the owners are very nice and accommodating. The beach is ideal for children and at the spot where we were, there were only Greeks. Exactly what we wish for when we vacation in Greece. It was a relaxing, interesting, and culinary holiday with friends. Thank you very much!

The house fully corresponded to the information in the catalogue. The location is beautiful. Access to the beach via 61 steps is feasible. Some of the steps are very high, inserted into the landscape, and there are no railings. Perhaps it would be good to point out that guests should be sure-footed. Older guests may have problems. I still managed well, but always went down very concentrated. The furnishing of the house is ok, only the beds were much too hard for us. That was quite a limitation for us. So, a really magically situated house, everything we needed was there, we had two wonderful weeks.

The house Fotios keeps its promise and the owners are very nice and accommodating. The beach is ideal for children and there were only Greeks at the place where we were. The furnishings are very neat with new windows, including light-proof shutters and mosquito nets, the mattresses are also firm, there are fans on the ceilings in the bedrooms (for the hot months), what more could you want. The owners have their own small building, not visible from the hauis, where they stay temporarily during the day. They are lovely people and, when they are on site, are on the one hand virtually invisible, but on the other hand try to arrange everything in the best possible way. The only snag with the Fotios house: you can't find your way there immediately, as the entrance is too hidden. Therefore, here are the coordinates: XX. We spent two wonderful weeks there at Whitsun 2012 and will gladly come back!

A beautiful purpose-built house in technically good condition. Especially worth mentioning are the new windows with perfect fly screens.
We also found it positive that instead of air conditioning, the bedrooms were equipped with large, individually adjustable ceiling fans.
The landlord, a very nice older gentleman spoke very good English ,made a perfect briefing and was available in case of need.
Access to the beach was via a stone staircase and the landlord's property, where all beach paraphernalia could also be temporarily stored. The beach and the water were good and suitable for families (shallow slope). A beach bar and several restaurants as well as good shopping facilities (5-10 km away) rounded off the overall picture. A very nice holiday.

We stayed in this beautiful little house for the 2nd time in 2019. Quiet, wonderfully situated between olive trees and with a view of Koroni. There are 60 steps down to the beautiful sandy beach. we will come here again in 2020.
