The intelligently utilised living room with integrated kitchenette is located on the ground floor. In addition to the cosy (sofa) bed, you will also find a dining table and TV. Enjoy the view of the courtyard from the large floor-to-ceiling windows. The modern shower room offers every comfort. A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the upper sleeping area with a double bed under the roof.
There is a cosy little terrace directly in front of the living room. A special highlight is the wood-heated hot tub in the garden, which can be used by prior arrangement (for a fee).
