Step directly from your living room onto the terrace balcony and enjoy the beautiful view. You have a nice separate sitting room and the kitchen is fully equipped. Your holiday home has 6 spacious and attractive bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Outside there is a large beautiful garden to the south with a large terrace (even 2), where you can have a barbecue. Or jump on the trampoline first and then play soccer on the large playground? And there is a bread roll service and restaurant service for you!

The idyllic town of Siedlinghausen is located in the heart of the Hochsauerland region, nestled within the enchanting Rothaar Mountains. The center of the cozy Siedlinghausen is within walking distance, and you will find all kinds of shops, supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, cafes, and restaurants. And the food is delicious in these tasty and excellent restaurants! In the immediate and forested surroundings, there are endless hiking and mountain biking trails. In Siedlinghausen itself, you can relax at the various tennis courts, football fields, and swimming pools.
Winterberg (the place for winter sports enthusiasts in the Sauerland) is nearby, and 7 km away is the Winterberg ski carousel with already 30 lifts and 40 km of ski slopes. In Winterberg, you can go shopping and enjoy the many restaurants and cozy terraces. There are also many possibilities for cycling, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, and hiking. Siedlinghausen is child-friendly and in the surrounding area, there is the adventure park "Fort Fun" (15 km), various toboggan runs, zoos, indoor play parks, caves, climbing spots, and much more! For example, many fun mini-golf courses or head to the 9-hole golf course in Winterberg (11 km) or to the 18-hole course in Schmallenberg (18 km).

| To be paid on site: You do not need to pay a tourist tax. Upon departure, the consumed electricity at €0.60 per KW. The minimum rental price is an example for 8 people, one week in the low season. The final cleaning is €125 for 6 to 10 people. Up to 12 people, the final cleaning is €145. For 13 and 14 people, the final cleaning is €165. The price for pets is €5 per pet per night with a maximum of €30 per pet per stay. Bed linen and towels are included and beds are made up for you. |

Amazing family weekend in Siedlinghausen
Upon our arrival, we were welcomed by the host Peter with a warm welcome and a tour around the property. There was a bottle of wine and cold water waiting for us in the fridge and a piece of candy in the rooms. At the end of our weekend, Peter came over to say goodbye and have a chat with our family. We saw his passion and dedication to provide a holiday with high quality standard.
In this house, you'll get the whole villa to yourself, including a big garden with multiple seating areas and a luxurious barbecue. The villa is big, it has many bedrooms with amazing beds and high quality bedding. The kitchen is complete with everything you could possibly need to prepare a meal. There is a Nespresso coffeemachine with cups and a watercooker. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 seperate toilet downstairs.
The decoration and interiour design is perfect! The residence is very stylish and all fit together. All together the house had a classical appearance.
During the weekend, we went on multiple hikes and runs through the surrounding nature. The neighbourhood is very safe, also because the house is located a few meters above the main road. There is a driveway up to the house, with 2 (or 3) parking spaces. Also there is a bakery nearby that's open every day for fresh bread.
We would definitely recommend this beautiful villa! :)

Beautiful stay for families or larger groups
We had a pleasant stay in this accommodation. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the ground floor as well as the first floor were nicely furnished. On the second floor, the bathroom was newly renovated. The rooms were acceptable; a little more could be done here, but the beds were comfortable.
The location was great, the garden was huge, so there was plenty of space for communal meals even in a larger group, but there were also retreats for oneself.
