Due to Villa Tina location, Duće and Omiš interesting geographical features, tourists are offered various recreational facilities in nature, walking paths, hiking, and cycling trails, or sightseeing of cultural and historical localities. Also, you can do various sports at the beach, experience a well-organized active holiday like windsurfing, sailing, and diving. Or try rafting at Cetina river 3km far (a must-do experience), take a boat tour to island Brač, Hvar, or Vis, try riding horses only 18 km far with the Enquino club (Podstrana) …and many more. Due to the vicinity of Split, all traffic communications are near: the airport (35 km), seaport (20 km), bus station for international traffic (20 km), railway station (20 km), and the motorway (18 km). The most popular tourist attractions on the Central Dalmatia coast are only half an hour away as the famous town Split with its great history, Makarska Riviera, or town Trogir (45min away), also up to a drive to visit the beautiful Krka waterfalls, Skradin.
