Villa Topaz is settled on the 890 sqm property and offers a private, heated swimming pool, two whirlpools, fully equipped gym, a sauna room, billiards, PS4, and fully equipped 5 en-suite bedrooms. A fully air-conditioned interior is covered with free WiFi. With a living space of 440 sqm, the villa offers very spacious interiors all furnished in high quality. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. It is located near the beach, with walking distance to a minimarket, a restaurant, and a bar.
* The outdoor area behind the house offers a private, heated swimming pool 8*4m, a jacuzzi tub for absolute relaxation, 8 deck chairs at the sun deck area, and a traditional barbecue with an outdoor dining area for 10 people for culinary passionate and great evenings by the pool surrounded by olive trees, Mediterranean plants, and carefully set lights.
* The external staircase takes you to the lower ground floor where you have a fully air-conditioned fun zone and a spa area. There is a billiard, a bar, sofa with TV, Netflix, and a PS4 for your younger members. Next to it is a fully equipped gym area that includes a Fitness Multi-Use Station, a treadmill and exercise bike, a surround system a Finnish sauna, bathroom with shower. There is also a laundry with a washing machine and a dryer.
* The ground floor of the villa offers an elegant, sun-soaked kitchen area fully equipped with everything that a modern guest may need during their stay, a spacious dining area for 10 pax and a comfortable living room with a fireplace, a smoke detector, a surround system, TV, A/C. From the living and dining room, you are approaching the terrace with a dining table, so that eating outdoors in a small intimate setting or a large group is possible here also ideal for afternoon relaxation with family and friends. Due to Villa`s location and Duće and Omiš interesting geographical features, tourists are offered various recreational facilities in nature, walking paths, hiking and cycling trails, or sightseeing of cultural and historical localities. Also, you can do various sports at the beach, experience a well-organized active holiday like windsurfing, sailing, and diving. Or try rafting at Cetina river 3km far (a must-do experience), take a boat tour to island Brač, Hvar, or Vis, try riding horses only 18 km far with the Enquino club (Podstrana) …and many more. Due to the vicinity of Split, all traffic communications are near: the airport (35 km), seaport (20 km), bus station for international traffic (20 km), railway station (20 km), and the motorway (18 km). The most popular tourist attractions on the Central Dalmatia coast are only half an hour away as the famous town Split with its great history, Makarska Riviera, or town Trogir (45min away), also up to a drive to visit the beautiful Krka waterfalls, Skradin.

Unacceptable behavior from the landlord
In general, the house and the location are pretty nice.
The house offers everything you could imagine for a nice holiday. The pool area is beautiful even though it is between other houses. In 2 minutes, you are at the beach, and there is also a bar close by.
The only disadvantage is the landlord. One evening, we were at the pool with some music on when suddenly a lemon was thrown at us, hitting one of my friends. Thankfully, it did not land in the middle of the table where there were glasses and porcelain. The lemon could have easily smashed the glasses, causing shards of glass at the pool area.
The lemon was thrown from the house of the landlord, which is right next to Villa Topaz. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable.
A few minutes later, the landlord Ana came and shouted at us, claiming we were too loud. When we showed her the thrown lemon, her reaction was surprising. She said we could call the police if we wanted to, without offering any apologies or other friendly words. We were definitely not being too loud.
At the other villa next door, which also belongs to landlord Ana, there was a party the day before until 3 AM. When we mentioned this to Ana, she simply said she didn't care because she was not home that evening.
We can only recommend this villa to people who do not plan to stay at home in the evening and have a few drinks at the pool area, as there will likely be immediate trouble with landlord Ana.
