As you step inside, you are greeted by a bright and airy open-plan kitchen and living room (38 sq m), perfect for entertaining or simply unwinding after a day of exploring the nearby sandy beach. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, making meal preparation a breeze, with a sliding glass door toward the pool area. There are 4 bedrooms, each offering a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Step outside to your own private oasis (a 38-square-meter terrace), where a sparkling swimming pool measuring 7 m by 3 m beckons you to take a refreshing dip or simply lounge in the sun with a cool drink in hand. Surrounded by swaying olive trees, the outdoor area with a barbecue (wood or charcoal), an outdoor shower, six deck chairs, and a lounge corner offers the ideal setting for sunbathing, enjoying a morning coffee, or a sunset cocktail.
Located just a stone's throw away from the sandy beach, you can easily stroll down to the shore for a day of sunbathing, swimming, water sports, or enjoying the local restaurant offers. Afterward, return to your villa for a peaceful evening under the stars, listening to the gentle sounds of the crickets.

Holiday House Verde is located near the small town of Omiš and the Cetina River (3 km away), which offers many sandy and pebble beaches, activities like rafting, zip-lining, canyoning, canoeing, free climbing, hiking, and cycling trails, water activities, and of course a lot of historical attractions in the old part of town. You have the opportunity to take a boat tour on the Cetina River or to the island of Brač, a very unspoiled island, and get to know our immaculate and warm Adriatic sea, which is very inviting. The famous town of Split is only a half-hour drive (25 km) and is a "must-see" place with great historical attractions and many cute restaurants and bars settled into narrow old streets.
The most popular tourist attractions on the Central Dalmatian coast are only half an hour away from the famous town Split with its great history, Trogir, 45 minutes away, and up to a 1.5-hour drive to visit the beautiful Krka waterfalls, Skradin. The nearest airport is SPU Split's airport (38 km). Also, you can do various sports at the beach and experience a well-organized active holiday like windsurfing, sailing, and diving; you can even try riding horses only 18 km away with the Enquino Club (Podstrana); and many more. Due to the vicinity of the town Split, all traffic communications are near (around a half-hour drive): the airport (35 km), seaport (25 km), bus station for international traffic (25 km), railway station (25 km), and the motorway (35 km). Golf and tennis courts are only 18 km from the villa.
