The house, completely renovated in 2019/2020, has a large living room with a great pellet fireplace and a fully and modernly equipped kitchen. Through the double doors you get to the sunny terrace. In the house there are three bedrooms, two of which have a television. Further there is a comfortable bathroom with rain shower and a separate toilet in the house.
This Ibiza-style house still has a master bedroom with TV in the attic.
The green, completely enclosed garden is facing south, so you can enjoy 100% of the sun. The garden has two hanging mats where you can enjoy your afternoon nap. On the terrace you can also sit outside in the evening. Your dog is also more than welcome, do you take his own basket for inside?
There is a lockable shed of 250 x 250 to store your bikes or other things. There is also an extra large fridge with freezer compartment.
