Adjacent to the wide dune area of Renesse, this newly furnished, detached holiday bungalow is within walking distance of the beach
In the wonderfully quiet and green park "'t Ongerepte" lies the modern wooden bungalow "De Zandbank" with sunny garden and lots of privacy! Here you drive with your personal chip for the entrance gate to your parking space, from there it's only a few steps to the house.
Due to the perfect location, you can walk directly from the house on the beach path for a cup of coffee to the beach pavilion "De Zwaluw" (the swallow). In the nearby supermarket you can buy your fresh bread and newspaper in the morning from March to October. In summer, you can easily reach the centre of Renesse with a free shuttle bus
The house, which was renovated in 2021, has a very tastefully decorated living room with digital TV with many German channels, free Wi-Fi that can be switched off and a separate desk area. The whole bungalow is centrally heated.
Through the French doors you come out onto the sunny terrace. Here you can start the day with breakfast and end the evening in style at the electric barbecue. You can sit on the terrace sheltered from the wind, and even in cooler temperatures into the evening, the cosy radiant heaters provide the necessary warmth
The open kitchen is comfortably equipped, including a Nespresso and filter coffee machine, 4-burner gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, combination microwave and dishwasher. The cosy dining area also invites you to play games together, you will find a selection of German and Dutch board games on the living room shelf.
In the house there are five beds in three bedrooms with wardrobes and a comfortable bathroom with rain shower. In a separate room you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer and a second fridge with ice compartment. Behind the house you can park and charge your bikes.
House "De Zandbank" is the ideal holiday home for those looking for relaxing tranquility and nature on the Zeeland coast!
