The interior is modern, beautiful with special Istrian details. It is very comfortable and spacious. On the ground floor there is a luxurious and comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a bedroom with a king size bed.
On the first floor are 4 comfortable and spacious bedrooms with double beds and each with an en-suite bathroom.

The amazing three level pool is a great choice for kids and for adults.
The outdoor dining and living areas are just steps away from the pool, making everything close by and easily accessible.

The house is 300 m from a small village, near Žminj. You will have all the peace you need. A large garden (over 2000 sqm) is only available to you. The privacy will be absolute. The environment is very quiet and peaceful.

Žminj is the center of Istria. Small town filled with good people. Many good restaurants, beautiful nature, small, charming shops. It is really quiet and so close to all other places in Istria.
Zminj is a beautiful and peaceful environment that can only be credited to the Rasa Valley and the Limska Draga Cove.

Many visitors every year Žminj also has many delicacies for those who enjoy specialties. Be sure to try some of the local specialties as you will be amazed.
