Description
The luxurious, modernly furnished villa Niko in the western part of the Istrian peninsula leaves nothing to be desired.
The fully fenced garden has a large, well-kept pool and a spacious, covered terrace with dining table and barbecue.
On the ground floor of the villa you will find a comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms and two bathrooms. The beds are comfortable and and provide a restful sleep. The interior is fully air-conditioned and the house is equipped so that you have everything you need during your stay in Istria.
A real summer holiday is definitely guaranteed here.

Villa Niko was built just a few kilometers from the town of Sv. Lovreč in the western part of the Istrian peninsula.
The nearest small shop is 2.5 km away and you can reach famous tourist places within a 20-minute drive - Vrsar is 12 km away, Porec 16 km, Rovinj 22 km.
The nearest beach is in Vrsar. After that, we recommend you to explore the beaches along the entire Istrian coast.

We are very satisfied.
The house was new, modernly equipped, very clean, with an excellent pool. Nothing was missing in the furnishings either. The landlord was very friendly and accommodating! We can only recommend the accommodation.

Dream vacation in Villa Niko (4 adults)
From the first minute of arrival until the last minute of departure, there was NOTHING to complain about. Everything was simply perfect.
Very friendly welcome upon arrival, tour of the villa. Everything needed for the initial setup was already in the house, so you only need to worry about groceries.
The host is very attentive, he recommended the best restaurants, markets, and specific places to visit.
If we had any questions, communication was done via WhatsApp. Within a few minutes, we would receive a response from the owner.
For those who value high-quality amenities and a very accommodating host, Villa Niko is the right choice.
On our next trip to Croatia, we will definitely book Villa Niko again.

To recommend a house!!! New, fully equipped, quiet location, friendly and very nice landlords. Children have occupied the pool, the brown Flopa (neighbor's dog) initiated us all for petting therapy :-)
Even home office was no problem (in case of emergency)...
15 minutes drive to the beach. Everything was perfect.
