The holiday flat for 1-4 persons (1 bedroom and sofa bed in the living room) is located on the ground floor and has a beautiful terrace. The living area is comfortably furnished. Board games and books are available. The comfortable sofa with sleep function invites you to relax. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area offers space for 4 people. Pets are welcome. The prices include electricity, water and heating. Bed linen and towels can be booked. Free W-LAN. The "Sturmfrei" event is only a stone's throw away. There is also a wellness area for guests to pamper themselves. It is about 1.8 km to the beach. There is also a beautiful dog beach with an agility fun park and free-walking zone.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is located in the holiday home area of Neßmersiel, a quiet holiday resort on the East Frisian North Sea coast. From the harbour you can take the ferry to Baltrum. Mudflat walks are offered to Baltrum and Norderney. If you like, you can explore the area by bike or take long walks along the dyke. Pure tranquillity. The gastronomy in the village ranges from home-style to upscale restaurants.

Sufficient
The vacation rental is well equipped, you have basically everything for everyday life.
Cleanliness is in need of improvement, an example would be the shower head with mold stains.
We found the advertised internet to be very cheeky, it is an LTE router with limited data usage, which is not a problem in itself if it is regularly recharged.
On the day of arrival, we had 1 hour of internet (500mb used) and then it was over.
Service not available on the weekend and no callback either.
When we reached the service 2 days later, they said they would take care of it and contact the landlord.
They said someone would get back to us as soon as possible, but unfortunately this did not happen.
Conclusion: 7 days without internet and very poor cell phone reception, so we couldn't even check the weather.
All in all, it is a nice vacation destination with a relatively quiet location and a very long way to the beach, but we will not visit this vacation rental again.

Gerne wieder
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Bei eventuellen Problemchen war Herr Pilgrim sofort zur Stelle. Dafür nochmal ganz lieben Dank, vor allem für das schnelle Senden der vergessenen Sachen ?wir kommen seeeeeeeeeeehr gerne wieder ??
