The holiday home (semi-detached house) is located directly at the Darß forest (national park). On the ground floor there is a cosy living room with 2 leather sofas, a wood-burning stove and a TV (32" flat screen / Astra digital). Integrated into the living room is a dining area with a large solid beech table and a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob, extractor bonnet, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and many other appliances. Two large and one small bedroom are furnished on the upper floor, each with a double bed. There is a bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC on each floor. On the south side of the house there is a terrace screened from the neighbour. A second sun terrace is located on the green area of the 400 sqm garden plot. Two car parking spaces and bicycle stands are available directly at the house.

The holiday home was newly built in 2002/2003. It is located in Hafenstraße, No. 39G
Quietly situated, it is in the second row off the road. From the back of the house you look out over an extensive, typical Prerow meadow. It is only a few steps from the house to the Darß forest
The centre of Prerow with bakery, supermarket, many small shops as well as restaurants and cafés can be reached on foot in 10 minutes
The north beach of Prerow is about 900 m away
The wild and romantic west beach, about 4.5 km away, is most easily reached by bicycle. The Baltic seaside resort of Prerow is located on the Fischland - Darß - Zingst peninsula chain. It has been able to retain its rural charm thanks to a building style adapted to the old settlement structures. The fine sandy, 5 km long northern beach is sheltered from the wind and is also particularly suitable for families with children. Textile, nudist and dog beaches alternate here. The wild and romantic west beach, popular with nature lovers and beach walkers, can be reached on foot or by bicycle through the Darß forest. It also has fine sand and is completely unspoilt for about 7 km. The surf reclaims about 60 cm of land here every year. Trees simply topple into the sea, creating fantastic photo motifs time and again. The peninsula, which belongs to the "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft" National Park, is not only worth a visit in high summer. Hiking and cycling tours through forests and meadows, walks along the beach and excursions into the surrounding area (Boddendörfer) are a lure at any time of the year.
