The Living Area and Professional Kitchen
The heart of the house is the cozy living and dining room. Here, a fireplace provides pleasant warmth while you enjoy the impressive view through the large windows. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired for hobby chefs: Equipped with a modern cooking island, two induction hobs, two ovens, two dishwashers, and an American side-by-side refrigerator, catering for large groups is effortless. For sociable evenings, the separate dining and lounge room offers space for up to 14 people – a large collection of games is already on site.

Room Layout and Privacy (6 Bedrooms / 6 En-Suite Bathrooms)
Our house stands out for maximum privacy. Each of the six comfortable bedrooms with cozy box-spring beds has its own en suite bathroom (5x with shower/WC, 1x with bathtub). Five of the rooms are also equipped with their own smart TVs. Thanks to high-speed internet (100/40 Mbit), working from home or seamless streaming is always possible. A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and an additional refrigerator completes the comfort.

* Upper floor: 4 bedrooms (1x bed 160x200cm, 3x bed 180x200cm), each with its own open en suite bathroom.

Outdoor Area: Wellness, Dogs, and Nature
The spacious, 2,800 sqm property is completely and securely fenced at a height of 1.50 m. Here, your children and dogs can move about freely and without worries. Relax on the large sun terrace, use the high-quality gas grill, or refresh yourself on hot days in your own pool (June to September). In the evening, the cozy fire pit invites you to end the day under the open starry sky.

We are absolutely family-friendly: Children up to and including 4 years stay with us free of charge. Your four-legged friend is also very welcome upon request and prior arrangement.

Highly recommended!

Rarely have we found such a perfect holiday home! A delicious cake was on the table to welcome us, for that a heartfelt thank you again ☺️ Complete equipment from A to Z, so just unpack clothes and the vacation can begin. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Mrs. Murges also thought of children's dishes/cutlery. Here you can cook for 12 people without any problems, as each appliance is available 2x (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher), we have never had anything like this before. . .
The whole house is very tastefully and modernly furnished and everything is spotless! The property is huge and completely fenced, so the children and the dog do not need to be constantly watched. Mrs. Murges was always reachable and very friendly. All in all, highly recommended! We would love to come back ☺️

Super beautiful house

I have rarely seen such a well-maintained and well-equipped house; I don't have that much equipment in my kitchen. It's great that each room has its own bathroom. The property is completely fenced, even my dog, who is very clever in this regard, has not managed to leave the property. We were so excited that we booked again for next year right away.

Family reunion

We were 9 people, nevertheless everyone had their privacy. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable, by the way also pleasant bedding. On the ground floor, there is a generous kitchen, which is more than well-equipped, really everything is available and perfectly organized. The cozy living room corner invited us in the evening to chat and play. We could also enjoy the terrace with a unique view for a whole day. The pool is quite small, but sufficient for cooling off. My conclusion is that everything is great and 100% recommendable. What I particularly liked was that I had such a nice contact with Ms. Murges before and after the trip, a perfect host ❤️

An overwhelming house

We – this is a group of 10 people (cousins and cousins with partners) in the so-called "best age" – have been traveling once a year for 8 years to a family reunion in a vacation home. So far, we had a favorite that became the "temporary headquarters" of the family and where we felt quite comfortable. This year, however, we wanted to try something new.

During our research, we came across the vacation home Schönblick. What we had seen and read about it on the internet was promising. But what does reality look like?

Last weekend (Thursday - Sunday) it was finally time. Curious and full of expectations, we gradually moved into the house. And?

All expectations were met in real life, even exceeded.

A large, sparkling clean house that is tastefully and stylishly furnished and maintained from the basement to the roof. The outdoor area doesn't have to hide behind it either. We felt like we were in a private home with good friends and not in a holiday house.

Everything is available. In sufficient quantities and in tip-top condition. New or like-new appliances. The electric broom is particularly original. Everything shows no signs of use, furniture without scratches, room furnishings wow. And nothing from the nightmare that travelers can sometimes encounter: Worn-out furniture, still the old couch from grandma set up, mismatched cutlery, and a hodgepodge of dishes.

In short, our previous family residence (holiday home) has had its day. From now on, everyone in our group will enter the holiday home Schönblick into the GPS. We are already looking forward to 2027.

A real recommendation

We were 7 people and a dog over Easter in the holiday home Schönblick.
The name is program, an impressive view! Quiet location, perfect for walks and hikes with a dog.
The house is large and equipped with everything one could wish for. Especially in the kitchen, you miss nothing.
Everything was absolutely clean and lovingly arranged. The completely fenced garden for dogs is a little vacation dream. The landlord Tamara Murges is extremely nice, friendly, pleasant, and always reachable. We really enjoyed our stay and thank you for the lovely time. Tamara, it's nice that we got to know each other. A landlord like you is truly to be wished for.

WE WERE 8 ADULTS WITH 2 DOGS GUESTS IN THIS BEAUTIFUL HOLIDAY HOME!
SINCE WE MOSTLY CATER FOR OURSELVES, WE WERE TOTALLY SURPRISED AND THRILLED BY THE DOUBLE APPLIANCES! THERE IS ALSO MORE THAN ENOUGH DISHWARE, CUTLERY, AND POTS - NOTHING IS MISSING! THE ROOMS ARE BRIGHT, THE BEDS VERY COMFORTABLE, AND THE WHOLE HOUSE IS VERY CLEAN AND WELL-MAINTAINED! THE FULLY FENCED OUTDOOR AREA WAS PERFECT FOR OUR DOGS! A weekend in Oberlascheid

My impression is consistently positive, super equipment that leaves hardly any wishes unfulfilled.
Well-equipped kitchen, great board games. Everything very clean.
The individual rooms are functionally furnished, great beds and mattresses, closet large enough with sufficient hangers, good idea with the motion sensor in the hallway and the small night light next to the bed. Cozy blankets and pillows in case someone is too cold.
I felt very comfortable.

Top holiday home for groups with high standards

Everything was wonderful at the Schönblick holiday home. From the warm service via email and WhatsApp, to the wonderfully quiet location in the beautiful nature of the Schneifel, to the luxurious furnishings of the house and especially its incredible kitchen with all the utensils one could wish for. We cooked wonderfully as a group of twelve; there was so much space there. Through the beautiful autumn weather, we were able to take wonderful hikes directly from the house, and it's not far to Bleialf for shopping or dining. Thank you very much to Tamara Murges for this perfect long weekend!

Impressive

A beautiful house, completely freestanding with a breathtaking view. Especially impressive was the kitchen. Everything in double (dishwasher, microwave, stove). Incredible amounts of dishes and kitchen utensils, all in perfect condition. Also the living area with leather couch and the large terrace, the gas grill, everything perfect.

The bedrooms are adequately equipped, the missing closet doors due to space issues are curious, but not so dramatic. The distribution of the rooms is 4 on the upper floor, one on the ground floor, and one in the basement. The latter has only small windows.

Well-equipped are also the laundry room and a separate dining room. The whole house is very clean and well-maintained.

A very nice stay and absolutely recommendable.

Perfectly successful vacation!

The house exceeded our expectations! Cleanliness top! Top equipment! Everything from the baking pan to the crab scissors available in sufficient quantity! The garden is huge and completely fenced! Super vacation

We were guests in this beautiful holiday home with 6 adults and 5 children. Thanks to the wonderful weather, we were able to have all our meals on the large terrace and enjoy the peace and the beautiful view. Since each room had an open shower area with a toilet, there was no crowding in the mornings and everyone had their private space. The large kitchen was equipped with double! electrical appliances, plenty of dishes, pots, etc., and there was really nothing missing. A major highlight was, especially for the children, the ice cube maker. There was a huge fenced outdoor area where the kids could romp and play, and especially the pool was used daily. Conclusion – a thoroughly clean, perfectly thought-out, and beautifully furnished holiday home where we felt very comfortable.

Outstanding accommodation

We were at a retreat with a total of five people at the accommodation. These were outstanding days, especially due to the holiday home. Rarely have we found such a well-equipped accommodation. An absolute recommendation

We, five couples and four dogs, were at the Schönblick holiday home of Ms. Murges for five days at the end of May. There is actually nothing to add to all the other five-star reviews that can be found here and elsewhere. The house is perfect. Over the years, we have stayed in some beautiful houses, but this one tops them all. Each room is large enough and has its own bathroom (very pleasant and time-saving in the morning). The living room is extremely cozy and tastefully and unobtrusively furnished, the separate dining room offers space for everyone. The absolute highlight is the kitchen, everything is there – most of it doubled like dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. The icing on the cake is the pleasant, uncomplicated, and always friendly contact with the landlord – we really appreciated that. And if one does venture out of the house, one finds a very good restaurant in the nearby Bleialf with the Old Bakery, as well as everything else needed for everyday needs in the best quality. From us, a clear recommendation for the holiday home Schönblick at an absolutely fair price.

Great holiday home

Large house with space for many people. Absolutely quiet location, plenty of room to be outside. The fenced property is also perfect for dogs.

We searched for a vacation home for a long time where 9 dogs are allowed and welcome. We had a great weekend with plenty of space for everyone. The fenced property with a huge garden was very well received by the dogs, as they could move around freely. The house is equipped with everything one could imagine. Shared meals in the house or on the large terrace led to an unforgettable event. The highlight was the warm communication with the landlord, Ms. Murges. No matter what "silly" question came up, everything was answered with a lot of patience and humor. Anytime again, gladly.

Top-equipped holiday home

We spent this weekend with 9 people (between 17 and 81 years old) at the Schönblick holiday home. We were all thrilled. We have never experienced a holiday home that was so well and versatilely equipped. Especially in the dreamily large kitchen, nothing was missing! Super house with mega amenities

We were six people at a board game weekend in the house. We only left for shopping. Everything was available: sharp kitchen knives, nice plates and glasses, plenty of pots and extras. Actually, I don't usually write reviews, but this holiday home truly deserves to be highlighted:

We had the great pleasure of spending our vacation with a group of ten people in this beautiful holiday house, and we are completely thrilled! Upon entering, the exceptional cleanliness stood out, and the lovingly designed decor left nothing to be desired - everything one needs for a relaxing stay was present. Unfortunately, we have often experienced otherwise. A particular highlight was the fireplace, which perfectly rounded off the evenings in our communal gathering.

Retreating to one's own room was also always possible. Each person had their own little realm with an internet-capable television, where they could enjoy their personal program – a luxury we greatly appreciated from time to time. We would particularly like to thank you for the delicious welcome gift, which gave us a feeling of being welcome right from the start. The contact with the landlord was also excellent: Always friendly and helpful, she supported us with valuable restaurant tips and recommendations for excursions in the area. Her advice made our vacation even more unforgettable.

We highly recommend this holiday home and are already looking forward to repeating the experience next year! Thank you very much for this perfect stay!

A dream house.

A dream house where relaxation is guaranteed. Lovingly and perfectly furnished. Nothing is missing. Even with 12 people, there was enough space. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The mattresses are top-notch. The landlady is very nice. We were especially delighted with the two braided loaves of yeast bread we found upon arrival. The surprise was great.

A top-clean house, lovingly furnished and truly offering everything that makes a vacation a vacation! Perfect holiday home for nature lovers, hikers, peace seekers and families.

The holiday home exceeded our expectations. The facilities are fantastic, especially in the kitchen, where nothing is missing. The decor is well thought out, perfectly clean, and very cozy. Very nice vacation home

Very nicely furnished house with everything you need to have a nice vacation. Tamara, the landlady, is super nice and everything went smoothly when booking. Since the property is very well fenced and spacious, we could bring our furry friends and let them run in the garden. We definitely want to come back and also enjoy the great garden with fire pit and pool in the summer. The surrounding area is absolutely quiet but also well located. Holiday activities of a residential group

We haven't seen such a great and beautiful holiday home before. For our residential group, the quiet location and the extensive facilities were especially fantastic! There were 4 educators and 8 children and teenagers. The surroundings in particular contributed to relaxation for everyone. The children felt very comfortable and the pool was the highlight for them. Our personal highlight is the well-equipped kitchen. The double setup made it easy to prepare larger meals. The large terrace was also our highlight, where we ate every morning and evening, played games, or observed the stars.

We had a really nice time and wholeheartedly recommend it!

Great house with top equipment

We were here with 8 adults and 4 children aged 3 to 5. The house is very welcoming from the moment we entered and we immediately felt at home. Each room has its own sanitary unit and the beds let us sleep great. On the very large property you can let the children play and romp safely - the property can be closed off from the street with a gate.
The absolute crowning glory, however, is the top-equipped kitchen, which always delighted us as cooking fans. The complete double equipment, including large pots, makes it easy to prepare meals for the full occupancy. Finally, two extra large fridges (one with a huge freezer section) ensure fresh food and still well chilled drinks.
We have been going to different holiday homes for over 10 years, always with several families and small children. Topping this house will be a difficult challenge. :-)

A house to feel good in

We spent wonderful days in the house with 5 women and our dogs. Everything is spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, well equipped and the kitchen is a dream. We are planning to visit again next year

Quiet, large, completely satisfied

The house is great for a large family or friends holiday, especially with several dogs.
You can't reach the bakery and supermarket on foot, but you can start hiking directly from there. The garden is completely fenced in. The hostess is super uncomplicated, friendly and very easy to reach.
We felt at home and will gladly come back.

Family stay

Very cosy ambience, which makes the stay pleasant even in bad weather - as in our case - including the use of the cosy fireplace.
Exceptionally good and complete kitchen equipment invites you to enjoy cooking together. The focal point is the beautiful, generously designed cooking island.
Beautiful, open and communicatively designed living and lounge area.
Functionally equipped rooms, good mattresses.

Rundum perfekt

We spent a weekend at the holiday house with the whole family and were completely satisfied. The house is very lovingly and cozy furnished, it is absolutely clean and also very well equipped (especially the kitchen). We will definitely come back.

Super accommodation

We had a very good time in this luxurious villa! Our children and grandchildren also enjoyed themselves very much. The youngest didn't want to go home to the Netherlands. Our children used the kitchen optimally and brought something special to the table every day!

We had a wonderful holiday at FH Schönblick - located in the midst of nature, this accommodation is ideal for holidays with dog(s) for hiking. You can start walking directly from the house and enjoy magnificent views.

The house's equipment is top-notch - by far the best vacation home we've rented in 25 years of experience. A nice landlady rounded off our stay. Thank you very much! We will definitely come back again.

Only to be recommended!

We booked this holiday home for a weekend. The house is very well equipped, especially the fantastic kitchen. The many board games for big and small make for nice evenings when the weather doesn't play along. The garden is large and offers plenty of space for children and dogs to play.
I can only recommend it and we will be very happy to come back.

Respect for the composition and realisation of a quantitatively and qualitatively excellent overall package!

Up to now, I have always avoided evaluating holiday accommodation in view of the complexity of the many aspects to be considered. This time, too, I would have done without, not least because the sober description of the components of the offer turned out to be simply accurate, and thus did not cause any trouble. What prompts this first evaluation of mine, in contrast to the restraint practised so far, is the extraordinary atmospheric generosity of the overall offer, which can hardly be outlined in words in the verbal description of the object.
This generosity begins with the liberating kilometre-wide view of a graceful Eifel landscape, whether wandering from the huge garden, from the grand terrace or from the floor-to-ceiling sliding windows of the domestic living area.
This generosity is continued in the lavish surface area and room concept of the building as well as in the superior feel-good ambience of the excellently complete interior design, in the absolute cleanliness of all furnishings as well as in the stately sanitary equipment. Each bedroom has its own small washbasin and its own shower/tub and toilet (although most of them are not separated from each other in terms of smell, noise and visibility).
This generosity ultimately culminates in a generous business attitude on the part of the obviously highly professional, customer-oriented hostess. The fairness and goodwill of the contract handling, which I gratefully enjoyed, deserve the highest marks.

Beautiful experience

The accommodation is very secluded in the countryside. The house offers a lot of space and also enough retreats, as there are 2 bed rooms. The kitchen has everything you could wish for - we didn't want for anything. Gladly again, also a super dear landlady!

Very nice house! Definitely coming back!

We spent a very nice winter vacation with three families in a very beautiful and well-kept house! Nothing was missing, and everything was very clean and decorated with attention to detail. We brought a sauna and a hot tub on a trailer, which was amazing. We were able to easily set it up and fill it on the front porch. Thank you for the great time!

Great!

Simply a top accommodation with a top rental!
Agreements and understanding are definitely customer-oriented.
The only drawback for young people is that activities are mostly 30 minutes to 2 hours away, but you already know that beforehand. We were there with 10 people and could have great barbecue evenings, enjoy the pool in the sunshine, go bowling, visit the city of Prüm, and explore the city on foot. All in all, a top vacation!
