Description
Dreamily located vacation house, first occupancy April 2020, fully accessible, wheelchair-friendly. The driveway, as well as the entrance of the house are also barrier-free like the terrace accesses from living room and bedroom. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating. The house includes the following rooms:
Living room
with sitting area. The seating area has a sleeping function, lying area 140 x 200, a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, etc. A dining area for 6 persons. Highchair available. The room also has a fireplace for cool evenings, as well as a TV, terrace access. Spacious bedroom with double bed, 180 x 200, large 5-door wardrobe, seating for 2 people, TV, terrace access. Room
with bunk bed, lying area 90 x 200, suitable for persons up to 80kg, shelf, desk with seating. A children's travel cot can be added, high chair

one bathroom accessible for disabled, with large, floor-level shower, grab handle at the toilet and in the shower, wheelchair-accessible sink, as well as a washing machine.

Property
The 4,500 sqm park-like property is not divided between landlord and guest; the property is completely fenced. In the landlord's garden area, there is a large, uncovered pond. We therefore ask you not to leave children unattended in this part of the garden.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is about 3 km from the Bodden. The village of Bodstedt (distance approx. 3 km) with its small harbour is the starting point for trips with the traditional Zees boats. Zingst with its sandy beach is about 12 km away, Stralsund about 38 km. Shopping facilities can be found in Barth and the surrounding area, 8km away
The house is in a village setting, surrounded by meadows, fields and horse pastures, with the forest on the doorstep
The holiday home is located in the direct flight path of the cranes to their feeding and roosting places, so that the flight can be observed from the terrace.

From September, crane season begins. Then you can watch the daily flight of the cranes to their feeding places, and back to the Bodden from the terrace of our house.

When you book our house, you're opting for the all-round carefree package, including in terms of hygiene.
Since we opened the house only after the first wave of Corona, the extra effort for disinfection during house cleaning has become second nature to us, and has been conducted since the beginning of the opening. The entire house, including all appliances and furnishings, is disinfected at each change of guests.
During the season when the garden furniture is used, these too are treated with a disinfectant.
By doing this, we want to ensure that you can use the entire house and its furnishings without any worries.
Furthermore, disinfectant for your hands is available after you enter the house. We hope to provide you with a measure of security during your stay with us.

Also worth a trip in the cool season !
In November, you have the opportunity to visit museums, churches, city centres, harbours etc. in peace and quiet without the crowds of tourists
Weather-wise, you have to be prepared for wind, cold and possibly rain (we didn't have any!)
The house is comfortably and functionally furnished, the landlords kind.
Even the dog was happy. You can go for long walks in the nearby forest.

Simply Super
The house and the garden are just great. The landlords are very friendly and very helpful with every request. Our two huskies really liked the garden, even though it is not fenced in (no problem with a lead). The surroundings are beautiful and you can start directly from the house with the dogs. We didn't miss anything in the house and during our stay. We will definitely come back. MfG Loreen and Michael with dogs

Customized Baltic Sea vacation!
A great, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated holiday home with a very nice outdoor area in a quiet location. Very nice and friendly landlords. Absolutely recommendable!
