Please note that construction work is still taking place in the front area of the holiday home complex for the construction of the flat house "Kranichsruh". The building shell should be completed by the end of 2022. Please understand that we have no influence on the construction work and its progress.
This modernly equipped holiday home with a traditional thatched roof, typical local fieldstone fencing and a 727 m2 plot is located in a newly developed holiday home complex. It offers plenty of space for four holiday guests (two bedrooms with double box spring bed and TV) and has a spacious living-dining area, an inviting bathroom with bathtub and floor-level shower, WC and sauna on the upper floor and a guest WC on the ground floor.
On the ground floor there is an approx. 30 sqm living-dining area with a comfortable couch, armchairs, wood-burning stove, satellite TV with Sky, DVD player, PS4, stereo system and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 4 people. The beach chair and two sun loungers invite you to linger.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday resort is located directly on the Bodden on the Baltic Sea. Fuhlendorf is characterised by a mixture of peace and nature. A small beach section on the Bodden is approx. 100 metres away. The long sandy beaches of the Baltic Sea are about 12 km away. In the harbour of Bodstedt (approx. 800m) there are traditional Zeesboote, passenger boat trips as well as a small traditional harbour restaurant.

Cancellation terms:

We took the journey from Switzerland with great joy and were not disappointed.
The house Seeschwalbe is amazing, nothing is missing. Very clean, everything is there and furnished with a lot of love. Very nice and accommodating landlords:)

Wonderful vacation in the Seeschwalbe holiday home
We were able to spend our summer vacation in the holiday home Seeschwalbe - and it was a wonderful stay - nothing was missing. Everything is there!! Very nice owners - very clean house - furnished with great attention to detail - well-kept garden - great surroundings. We will gladly come back :) Greetings from Hesse.

A dream holiday home
The house was super clean, the furnishings incredibly great. Especially the beds are sensational. Everything you need is there. Dishwasher tabs, bin liners, soap and even toothpaste in case you forgot. We have never found this in a holiday home before. The view of the pond and the other houses is super beautiful and when hundreds of cranes fly over the small holiday village in the evening, it is a breathtaking natural spectacle. Dog owners have also been catered for with numerous stations to dispose of and get new poo bags
The sea is 2 minutes away, the big beautiful forest 5 minutes.
We will be very happy to come back.

Super accommodation

Wunderschöner Urlaub!
Tolle und ruhige Lage, sehr süß eingerichtet und alles da, was man braucht. Sogar die Geburtstagstorte konnten wir backen :)
Wir wurden freundlicherweise auf die Baustelle auf der anderen Straßenseite hingewiesen, haben aber davon gar nichts mitbekommen, sogar wenn wir auf der Terasse saßen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein richtig tolles Ferienhaus
Hallo Herr und Frau Hollweg!
Leider ist unser Urlaub schon wieder vorbei... Aber es war richtig toll - ein so tolles Ferienhaus hatten wir noch nie! Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt... die Couch und die Sessel sind superbequem und einige Nachbarn warfen uns neidische Blicke zu, als wir es uns im Strandkorb gemütlich gemacht haben ...und ich als Teetrinker haben wir uns besonders über die Teekannen gefreut... Sauna, Kaminofen und auch noch eine Badewanne - wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Und nicht zu vergessen Frau Witt, die uns sehr nett empfangen hat!

Erholung pur!
Das Ferienhaus Seeschwalbe ist ein sehr gepflegtes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhäuschen in toller, idyllischer Lage an einem Fischteich. Da uns bei unserem Aufenthalt hin und wieder ein Schauer beim Radfahren erwischt hat, haben wir die eigene Sauna im Haus sehr genossen.
Das Ferienhaus ist in einer idealen Lage für Radtouren rund um den Bodden - wir würden es jedem empfehlen und kommen sicherlich mal wieder.

Entspannter Urlaub am Bodstedter Bodden
Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus „Seeschwalbe“ vom ersten Augenblick an pudelwohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebvoll eingerichtet, mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. In den bequemen Boxspringbetten schläft man ideal. Die Küche ist hochwertig mit allen nützlichen Geräten ausgestattet, so dass man sich auch trotz Urlaub bequem selbst versorgen kann.
Die Umgebung lädt zu Spaziergängen und Fahrradtouren ein. Zum Einkaufen muss man allerdings nach Barth fahren, was uns nicht groß gestört hat.
Familie Hollweg hat uns bei der Buchung und bei Rückfragen immer zeitnah und freundlich geantwortet und war, wie die Verwalterin vor Ort sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir empfehlen das Haus und die Vermieter sehr gerne weiter.

Very beautiful thatched house
A beautiful holiday home, very high quality and tastefully furnished. We (couple with a small dog) felt very comfortable from the first moment. Everything is bright and friendly with a lot of attention to detail. The property is very well maintained and borders on a small lily pond - it couldn't be nicer. During crane season, you can see the cranes in the morning and evening directly from the terrace
The small settlement is very nicely laid out and absolutely quiet. Just cross the main road and you are at the Bodden. The small restaurant "Am alten Hafen", which is within walking distance, is also highly recommended. The food there is good value and delicious. Good starting point for excursions to Zingst, Prerow, Ahrenshoop etc. We like to come back. LG Fam. Müller with Happy

Ferienhaus Seeschwalbe
Wir beiden Oma´s hatten mit unserem Enkelkind trotz des Wetters eine wunderschöne Zeit in Fuhlendorf. Wir würden gern noch einmal dieses schnuckelige Haus buchen.

Great accommodation
First of all, the cottage is a great holiday home
Minus point - there was simply no broom to sweep up the sand.
The service cannot be rated, because there is no one else.
But this is not to be seen as negative, because it is good how it is handled.
If you want to swim, go to Zingst. We did it every day, it's quick and easy
the restaurant in Bodstedt is easy to reach on foot and it was delicious.
However, if you want to experience something in the evening, this is not the place for you.
We were very satisfied and can only recommend this holiday home.

Wir haben natürlich sofort einen Stuben-Besen gekauft, wenn die Gäste schon so lieb sind und den Sand entfernen. Im Haus ist natürlich als Grundausstattung schon ein Sauger, Wischer und mehrere Handfeger vorhanden.

Relaxed holiday
We spent wonderful days in this beautiful house. We wanted for nothing. Perfectly equipped. Our children used the large garden to romp and play, but also to relax in the great beach chair was on the plan. Actually, we always rent houses with a garden so that we can also camp on occasion. That was cancelled this year because the beds were far too comfortable. We wanted to sleep every possible night in these great beds. The place offers a delicious restaurant and a beautiful harbour where a zees boat trip is worthwhile. The contact with the landlord is also very pleasant.

5 Sterne Ferienhaus
Diese Feriendomizil verdient mit gutem Recht seine 5 Sterneauszeichnung.Es ist hochwertig ausgestattet und läßt keine Wünsche offen.Umgeben von einem wunderschönen großen Garten liegt es 500 m vom Bodden entfernt,so daß ein morgendliches Bad dort möglich ist.Ein abendlicher Spaziergang führt zu einem urgemütlichen Fischrestaurant am Wasser,das sehr gut frequentiert ist.( Tischreservierung vielleicht nötig).Der Service und die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr zuvorkommend und zuverlässig.Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt,und werde sehr bald wieder kommen.

Urlaub mit Hund
Wir haben uns in der Seeschwalbe sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen - unser persönliches Highlight war die Sauna :).
Auch mit Hund kann man da sehr gut Urlaub machen und im angrenzenden Wald lange Spaziergänge unternehmen.
