Description
The approx. 42 sqm flat is located on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace and is equipped with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen/living room. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the second bedroom has a double bunk bed
It can accommodate 4 people.
The equipment includes a kitchen with induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave with grill, coffee maker, kettle, egg boiler, spices, internet radio and dressing table
WLAN and TV via SAT are of course included.
Cot, bed guard, high chair and toddler seat group are available and can be provided free of charge if required.
A covered terrace with cosy seating furniture ensures a dry stay outdoors at any time of the year, where smoking is also allowed.
Charcoal grill is available. Bicycles, also children's bicycles, as well as a canoe can be rented
Board games, table tennis and children's toys are available free of charge.
We are very open and helpful and always try to fulfil your wishes. We have taken over the farm in autumn 2019. Böhne is a district of Rathenow and is located about 5 km from the city of Rathenow.
The property is located directly on the water-bearing Königsgraben, which flows into the Havel after about 500m to the east. A wide variety of small animals and bird species can be observed along the Königsgraben. Furthermore, the Königsgraben invites you to go canoeing and fishing
In Böhne and the surrounding area there are several different bathing spots on the Havel.
In Böhne, it is about an 8-minute walk to the Havel and the bathing area.
Depending on the season, cows on the pasture can be watched from the window.
The Havel cycle path passes directly by the property.

We waive a deposit so that there are no problems with cancellation on either side in the case of unforeseeable events (e.g. Corona). In this case we would like to ask you to send us a short and quickest possible information. You are welcome to send us an e-mail or simply give us a call.
On request, small barbecues, small campfires, supply of drinks etc. are possible. Cleaning of the barbecue by the landlord is charged with 10,-EU.
Small animals can be accommodated by arrangement with the landlord for an extra charge
A 3-person canoe (25,- € per day ) and bicycles can be rented
A table tennis table, sun loungers, sandpit, board games, games table (pinball), Lego, building blocks etc. are available free of charge. The garden area invites both relaxation and physical exercise with a football goal, table tennis, sandpit, badminton, basketball net, sun loungers, balls and beach chair.
Arrival is possible from 3 pm, departure should be by 10 am. Other times only by arrangement with the landlord.

Simply wonderful
Arriving and feeling comfortable, that's exactly how it was for us. We felt very comfortable as soon as we entered the apartment: Everything is set up so that you just have to feel good as a guest! Very appealing decor, everything very clean, and the equipment, especially in the kitchen, is as complete as you rarely find in a holiday apartment. Our hosts were also very nice and accommodating and always approachable.
The location of the apartment is great, slightly on the outskirts, directly adjacent to fields and water. Pure relaxation. We would love to come back. Family Müller.

Just to feel good.
We spent our vacation here. We were pleasantly surprised, the vacation apartment is very lovingly furnished and equipped with many small useful things. Everything has been thought of! We particularly noticed that everything is very child-friendly, there are many play options in an area outside the apartment. We really didn't miss anything! So we could feel very comfortable all around, even if we didn't have much luck with the weather. Thanks to the detailed information folder, we found some great destinations. The bike tours in the Havelland Nature Park were also very relaxing. Mr. Schulz was very friendly, inquired about our well-being, always helpful.

Pure relaxation.
The holiday apartment "Gänseblümchen" is furnished with a lot of attention to detail. Nothing is really missing. You feel at home. Everything is spotlessly clean and tidy.
The holiday apartment has a terrace with a grill, where you can grill whenever you want. Charcoal and grill lighters are even provided.
The landlords have also created a great, very comprehensive excursion folder.
So boredom is definitely not an option.

Super
Ich war mit meiner Tochter über das lange Herrentagswochenende in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung und war positiv überrascht, wie toll die Wohnung ausgestattet ist. Habe ich in diesem Maße noch nie erlebt. Es ist alles da. Gewürze, Öl, Essig, Küchentücher, Kaffeefilter usw. In anderen Wohnungen fehlte bisher immer irgendeine Kleinigkeit. Hier ist mir wirklich nichts aufgefallen.
Außerdem ist wirklich alles neu und super sauber.
Frühstücken konnten wir immer draußen auf der Terrasse, da diese überdacht ist und man so wetterunabhängig ist.
Wir konnten Tischtennis spielen, Dart, Federball, Kicker..... Alles, was man selbst nicht unbedingt zu Hause hat und die Zeit nicht da ist.
Außerdem sind die Vermieter immer freundlich und hilfsbereit und versuchen, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.
Das waren wirklich wundervolle, entspannte Muter-Tochter-Tage.

Enchanting little holiday flat
The holiday flat Gänseblümchen is beautifully furnished. Everything is new and in the best condition. In the smallest space, everything is nevertheless there. The kitchen is excellently equipped, even various spices and vinegar and oil are available. A modern barbecue can be used on the terrace. Bread rolls and eggs can be ordered for breakfast. Various toys are available and there is plenty of garden furniture on the lawn. Mr. and Mrs. Schulz are very nice and helpful. Ideal location for excursions and cycling tours in Havelland.

Welcome to the Westhavelland! In autumn 2019, we moved to the Vierseitenhof in Böhne. We have modernised and extensively equipped the four holiday flats. Two holiday flats ("Kuhschelle" / "Gänseblümchen") are on the ground floor and two other holiday flats ("Enzian" / "Mohnblume") are on the ground floor. The holiday flats are each separated by a hallway area. We have created additional seating in the hallway areas. In the lower hallway area an additional kitchen is integrated, with dishes, dishwasher, a fully automatic coffee machine and chilled drinks (cash register of confidence).
