Description
The approx. 65 sqm flat is located on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace and is equipped with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen/living room.
It can accommodate 5 people.
Cot, bed guard, high chair and toddler seat group are available and will be provided free of charge if required.
The equipment includes a kitchen with induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave with grill, coffee maker, kettle, egg boiler, spices, internet radio and dressing table.
WLAN and TV via SAT are of course included.

A covered terrace with cosy seating furniture ensures a dry stay outdoors at any time of the year, where smoking is also allowed

We are very open and helpful and always try to fulfil your wishes. We have taken over the farm in autumn 2019. Böhne is a district of Rathenow and is located about 5 km from the city of Rathenow.
The property is located directly on the water-bearing Königsgraben, which flows into the Havel after about 500m to the east. A wide variety of small animals and bird species can be observed along the Königsgraben. Furthermore, the Königsgraben invites you to go canoeing and fishing
In Böhne and the surrounding area there are several different bathing spots on the Havel.
In Böhne, it is about an 8-minute walk to the Havel and the bathing area.
Depending on the season, cows on the pasture can be watched from the window.
The Havel cycle path passes directly by the property.
In the town of Rathenow there are enough shopping facilities and medical care available.

On request, small barbecues, small campfires, supply of drinks etc. are possible. Cleaning of the barbecue by the landlord is charged with 10,-EU.

A table tennis table, sun loungers, sandpit, board games, games table (pinball), Lego, building blocks etc. are available free of charge. The garden area invites both relaxation and physical exercise with a football goal, table tennis, sandpit, badminton, basketball net, sun loungers, balls and beach chair.
Arrival is possible from 3 pm, departure should be by 10 am. Other times only by arrangement with the landlord.

The accommodation was nice and clean and super equipped. The TV even has Netflix capability. Ideal for children, as there are many toys for indoors and outdoors. But adults can also keep themselves busy with darts or table football, for example. There is the possibility to buy drinks on site and to get fresh bread rolls. These are ready on time in the morning. The owners of the accommodation are very nice and are always available. The property is well maintained and offers many opportunities to sit and relax (beach chair, sun loungers). In the village there is a great playground (5 min walk) and a bathing place, which is also really nice. The flat has 5 single beds and a great terrace. Dogs are allowed. Parking on the property is also possible. We can highly recommend the accommodation!

Super for family with small children
We were there with a toddler and a baby. The flat is well equipped and very suitable for a holiday with small children. We were provided with all the equipment for the children (baby cot, high chair, stool...). There are many games for different age groups and there is a lot of playground equipment and a sandpit on the grounds
Communication with the landlord was uncomplicated. Mr and Mrs Schulz were always approachable for us and very helpful.

Wir waren wunschlos glücklich
Die Ferienwohnung ist top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Gelände ist absolut einladend, sehr viele Sitzgelegenheiten und Möglichkeiten des Zeitvertreibs. Familie Schulz waren wunderbare Gastgeber.

Super kinderfreundlich und sehr idyllisch
Wir waren mit insgesamt 5 Kindern im Kitaalter zu Gast und es war ein Traum für die Kinder. Alle hatten viel Spaß draußen im großen Hof und haben sich prächtig amüsiert. Währenddessen konnten die Eltern unterm Pavillon den Kaffee genießen. Supercool und sehr sympathische Vermieter ??

mehr Gastfreunlichkeit geht nicht
Wir waren im Februar mit 3 Personen in dieser schönen Ferienanlage zu gast.Die Ferinwohnung war sehr liebevoll ausgestattet.Es war alles vorhanden,was man täglich braucht.Vom ersten Schritt an haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Familie Schulz sind sehr nette ,hilfsbereite und unkomplizierte Gastgeber.Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig,optimal für Familien mit Kindern.Das Objekt hat einen tollen Ausblick über Wiesen und Wasser.Von Rathenow aus kommt man gut mit dem Zug in 45 Minuten nach Berlin. Auch einen Ausflug nach Potsdam Sanssouci kann man von Rathenow/Böhne aus machen.Eine Bootstour auf der Havel ,sowie einen kleinen Abstecher nach Stölln zum Otto Lielienthal Centrum können wir empfehlen.
Wir werden Ende Mai wieder zu Gast bei Familie Schulz sein.

Ferien auf dem Bauernhof wie im Bilderbuch. Top!!
Saubere und high standard eingerichtete, charmante Unterkunft. Bauernhof-Flair pur. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren an der Havel. Badestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alles entspricht bestens der Beschreibung und den Bildern.
Ein großes Kompliment an die kinder- und tierlieben Besitzer für ihre Gastfreundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft!

Großartig! Vielen Dank!
Von unserem 1-wöchigen Aufenthalt mit unseren 3 Kindern sind wir restlos begeistert: Eine gemütlich und bis ins Detail liebevoll ausgestattete Wohnung, äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzer, ein traumhaftes Bauernhausgrundstück mit Spielzeug und Spielgeräten für jedes Alter (inkl. Tischtennisplatte, Torwand, Basketballkorb, Sandkiste etc.), Rad-und Kanuverleih direkt vor Ort, Grillmöglichkeiten, Badestelle an der Havel in 5 Gehminuten... Was will man mehr, um entspannte Ferien in der Natur zu genießen? Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, können diese Unterkunft sowie die nahegelegenen Radtouren in die Nachbarorte wärmstens empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Herzlichen Dank nochmals!

Welcome to the Westhavelland! In autumn 2019, we moved to the Vierseitenhof in Böhne. We have modernised and extensively equipped the four holiday flats. Two holiday flats ("Kuhschelle" / "Gänseblümchen") are on the ground floor and two other holiday flats ("Enzian" / "Mohnblume") are on the ground floor. The holiday flats are each separated by a hallway area. We have created additional seating in the hallway areas. In the lower hallway area an additional kitchen is integrated, with dishes, dishwasher, a fully automatic coffee machine and chilled drinks (cash register of confidence). We very much want every guest to feel at home with us and to be able to relax properly. Sincerely yours family Schulz
