Dream flat on the Costa Blanca, located in the exclusive urbanisation Laguna Beach I, ten öautominutes from the centre of Denia.

This spectacular beachfront residence overlooking the sea has an impressive 25 m² terrace from which you can enjoy unforgettable sunrises. It is a flat with a modern and minimalist interior with a capacity for eight people. The flat consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilet (one of them "en suite") and was completely renovated in 2020.
In the living room there are 2 additional sleeping places on a comfortable sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room and enhances the feeling of light and spaciousness inside.

The flat has all the comforts: air conditioning (hot / cold) in all rooms, Wi-Fi, satellite dish to make you feel at home. It is on the 1st floor and there is no lift.

The complex offers you well-kept gardens where you can relax, a swimming pool for adults and children, a small playground and direct access to the beach.

An outdoor parking space is available free of charge within the fenced complex.

From the beginning of November until the end of March we offer favourable monthly rates for long term rentals (1.500 € / month incl. all utilities) Escape the winter and enjoy the sun on the Costa Blanca. Please contact us if you are interested.

In 2023 there will be construction on the neighbouring plot.

The apartment is located one hour from the airports "Valencia-Manises" and "Alicante-Elche".

* Renting a car is the recommended option, as it will not only get you to Denia, but also allow you to discover the sights of the region.

WITH THE CAR:

* Motorway AP-7, exit 62.

* N-332 national road, exit to Denia with CV-725.

* From Jávea: CV-735 and CV-736.

WITH THE BUS:

"Alsa" offers connections between Denia and the main Spanish cities.

The bus stop is located in the street Mestre José Monjo Ferrer.

WITH THE BOAT:

The company "Balearia" connects Denia with the Balearic Islands.

From November to the end of March, we offer monthly winter rental prices: €1,600 / month incl. all utilities.

The apartment is on the 1st floor without an elevator.
