The courtyard of the renovated Istrian building has a beautiful swimming pool with deckchairs, a richly equipped terrace with a fireplace, additional covered space for games and socializing.
On the ground floor of this three-storey stone house there is a kitchen with dining area, an air-conditioned living room, a bathroom and a pantry. Five bedrooms and five bathrooms are located on the first floor and on the top floor.
All bedrooms are equipped with a private television and 4 rooms are air-conditioned.
Due to the quiet location in which the villa is situated, you can easily switch off, relax and rest completely.

The villa is located in the village of Peresiji in a quiet environment.
A nearby medieval town Svetvincenat (2 km) is located in the centre of Istria. Small town full of good people. Many good restaurants, beautiful nature, small charming shops.
The cities of Pula, Rovinj and Bale are about 20 to 35 minutes away by car.
Bigger shopping can be done in Vodnjan, which is about 15 km away.
