The cozy Frisian house Teetje is located in the quiet Hilgenriedersiel directly on the East Frisian North Sea coast. It has a good location for exploring East Frisia and the offshore islands. As one of the oldest houses in the area, it was lovingly renovated in 2019 and offers 120 sqm of space for up to nine persons. The large garden and the proximity to the natural beach invite you to relax! The house has two parent bedrooms and a children's bedroom with bunk beds, and a cozy converted attic with four beds. Additionally, there are two modern bathrooms with showers and a guest toilet. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen with an open view of the landscape and a large dining table provides enough space for the whole family. A wood-burning stove ensures relaxed evenings. A washing machine and a dryer are also available. The large garden has a fenced area with a sandbox as well as a covered terrace with patio furniture, beach chair, and grill. The holiday home has been renovated and furnished with attention to detail. It is ideally suited for a large family vacation or a holiday with friends. Several car parking spaces are available free of charge and there is also the possibility to park a motorhome. Enjoy a few relaxing days in the fully equipped holiday home.

The tranquil village of Hilgenriedersiel with the only natural beach on the East Frisian coast lies in the middle of the tranquillity zone of the "Unesco World Natural Heritage Lower Saxony Wadden Sea".
The island of Norderney, with its landmark lighthouse, is within view. Excursions to the offshore East Frisian islands are ideal.
Another nice destination is the town of Norden with many sights, museums and a small pedestrian zone.
Due to the close location to the dyke, long bicycle tours or walks in the direction of Norddeich or Neßmersiel can also be undertaken. From there you can reach the islands of Norderney, Juist and Baltrum by ferry
The nearest shopping facilities are in Hage (approx. 8 km away) and in Neßmersiel (approx. 5 km away). A restaurant is about 500 metres away.

Perfect family vacation in the lovingly furnished house Teetje
We vacationed in House Teetje with two families and were completely thrilled. The house is beautiful! From the outside, you might not notice it immediately, but inside it is very tastefully and cozily furnished.
The most important thing for us: The house was very clean, tidy, and not outdated at all. Bed linens and towels were fresh, clean, and pleasant. The bathrooms are new and modern – with three bathrooms, the house is ideally equipped. The terrace is also very nicely designed. In addition, there is a large shed or garage where bicycles can be securely stored. The kitchen is well-equipped and leaves nothing to be desired.
We really enjoyed our stay, and we would rent the house again at any time. Everything can be reached by car in a short time: supermarkets, bakeries, etc. It is only a short drive to Norddeich with its beautiful promenade. The harbor is also easily accessible, from where you can take a ferry to Norderney daily.
We particularly liked that you can reach the dike and the sea on foot in just a few minutes. There, you can take wonderful walks.
The landlords are very friendly and pleasant. A special highlight: Since the house was not booked the next day, we were allowed to stay for free until the afternoon on the day of departure – which was perfect with small children and babies due to their nap times. The provided children's bed was great as well.
Our children felt very comfortable. There are many games for cozy evenings, and a grill was also available, which we happily used.
Overall satisfied – full 10 points!

Very beautiful holiday home
We (4 adults and 3 children 9,10,13) from Munich, spent our vacation this year at the beautiful North Sea. The holiday house is very nice and decorated with love, you can feel the passion in every corner. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances. Dishwasher and washing machine are also available. From a large window in the living area, we could watch the farmer making hay until late at night. We didn't miss anything. The contact with the landlord Thora was excellent and possible at any time. However, a car is definitely necessary as the shops are a bit far away. We made many excursions and explored the beautiful area and the beaches. If we go on vacation at the North Sea again, then in this house.

Beautiful holiday home in the middle of nowhere.
The vacation home is located on a small side street between Neßmersiel and Norddeich. You can reach both places by car in a few minutes. Nevertheless, you are nicely for yourself.
From the living room you can observe the surroundings very well.
The vacation home is very well equipped. There were 6 of us (2 children + adults + grandparents).

A dream holiday home
Our stay in this beautiful holiday home in a quiet location with a large garden was very relaxing and highly recommended! The entire interior of the house is very lovingly and stylishly designed and we liked it very much. The furnishings are also excellent - we didn't miss anything and everything had been thought of. Together with the grandparents, our children and we spent a perfect holiday in this holiday home, which we would all move into in a heartbeat. :)
The nearby natural beach, which can be reached on foot, is also a worthwhile local destination, but you can also quickly get to many pretty places in the surrounding area by car.
Thank you very much for the wonderful time, which was very good for all of us, so that we would come back anytime!
