The modernised friendly semi-detached holiday apartment for 4 persons is situated in a quiet side street between the lively centre of Domburg and the nearby beach. Everything is within easy reach and you can still enjoy the peace and quiet. New and modern! The apartment has been completely renovated and equipped with modern facilities to meet your needs. On the ground floor you will find the living-dining room with open kitchen with all comforts. Via a corridor you reach the guest toilet, a large cloakroom and the terrace facing the garden. Start the day with a breakfast in the North Sea Via a staircase the further rooms in the upper floor and attic are accessible. A comfortable laminate floor creates warmth and cosiness. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower and window. Relaxation in the garden! To really enjoy your holiday in a relaxed way, you can use the beautifully designed garden with lawn and terrace. Sunbeds are available for relaxation. Children can play safely here. The terrace is also accessible from the outside, so that you can park your things directly after a day at the beach. Parking is no problem here. Your parking space is directly in front of the house and we are looking forward to your visit.

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
