Description
The flat was completely redesigned and furnished in 2018 with a great sense of modern design, and its location in the centre of Domburg makes it a great base for your holiday by the sea.
The studio is located on the first floor at the back of the building and you can enjoy the afternoon sun on the balcony. You can enjoy culinary delights in the restaurant downstairs. There are 2 single beds (90x200cm), which are made upon arrival. In the kitchenette a 2-burner cooker, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine.
The bathroom has a sink, toilet and rain shower.
If you open the connecting door with studio DO05, you can stay here with your family and it becomes one big flat. Enjoy the many restaurants of Domburg in the immediate vicinity or go shopping in the many shops and boutiques.
Due to the central location of the holiday home, you are right in the centre of Domburg and you can also enjoy your holiday by the sea in this beautiful holiday home in Zeeland!
The studio is a non-smoking studio and pets are not allowed. Near the flat you will find the private parking space.

Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.

During your visit to Domburg, the Molen Weltevreden is certainly worth a visit! This typical Zeeland windmill was a source of inspiration for artists such as Toorop and Mondriaan.
The old town hall on the market square in Domburg is also beautiful! It was built in 1567 and is the second oldest building in Domburg!
If you take a walk through the dunes, you can't miss the typical Domburg water tower.
