Attractive 4 star holiday home in one of the quietest streets in the center of Domburg is our family house "'t Baentje". In 5 minutes you are on the dunes, but around the corner is also the forest. The house is for a maximum of 5 persons
The house has a large enclosed garden, with ample garden furniture, parasol and hammock, barbecue and 2 terraces and separate barn with 2 bicycles, cart and dune chairs.
The living room with authentic box bed is lovely to poo in. The large kitchen (28m2) offers space for games and extensive dining and the garden doors give direct access to the sheltered garden
The kitchen has a microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, kettle. There is also a washing machine. For the children there is a closet with toys. Also available: Digital TV / DVD player, radio / CD player and Wifi. Bathroom is on the ground floor, has large sink with two sinks, shower and separate toilet.
On the 1st floor is the master bedroom which has a beautiful mural where you imagine yourself behind a windbreak on the beach and has 2x 1 person box spring beds. The children's bedroom has 3 beds, 1 extra long, and a bunk bed. The upper floor is bright and sunny.
No smoking inside.
Pets on request.
High season rental: departure/arrival on Saturdays (weekly stay).
Low season rentals: departure/arrival negotiable (week and/or weekend stay).

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is located in a quiet street in the middle between the beach and the center. Within a radius of 500 meters you can get your daily groceries and various sports facilities (including a golf course in the dunes). For a snack and a drink there is a wide range of good beach bars and nice restaurants in and around the centre. If you don't like to swim in the sea, you can go to the indoor swimming paradise de parel (the pearl) only 500 meters away. The forest "de manteling" is 700 meters away. Here you can make beautiful walks
Furthermore, there are cycle routers throughout Zeeland where you ride through a landscape of water, dikes, winding paths and dunes and in beautiful villages and towns in Zeeland.

| The tourist tax of 2021 is 2,- euro per person per night In the months October to April we charge a fee of 8 euros per night. In season rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. In the mid-season when the minimum stay is 3 nights, arrival / departure is possible on Friday / Monday. Monday-Friday or Friday-Monday. Linen is not included in the price you can rent or bring your own. |
Cancellation terms:
You can notify us of your cancellation by email or letter. If you cancel up to 3 months before the arrival date, 20% of the rental amount will be charged. If you cancel between 3 months and one month before the arrival date, 50% of the rental amount will be charged. If you cancel up to one month before the arrival date, 100% of the rental amount will be charged. You can take out cancellation insurance for this; we do not offer cancellation insurance. *Note: For bookings made after May 1, 2020, it is assumed that you are aware of the risks associated with the Corona virus; these bookings are at your own risk. Should you be unable to use your booked accommodation due to Corona circumstances, no special arrangements will apply. In the event of cancellation on our part, any amounts paid will be refunded.
