Modern and comfortably furnished holiday home with small pool which can be heated if necessary, in the idyllic Istrian town Pićan. It is situated in a typical Istrian street up in the town, from where you have a beautiful view of the green surroundings. . The house was renovated in 2020 in a quiet and secluded place, which offers guests an ideal place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. It is fully equipped and offers a high level of comfort. The house is fully air-conditioned. The ground floor consists of a living room with access to a terrace with pool and deckchairs. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, while on the third floor there are two bedrooms with bathroom. In the beautifully landscaped garden there are garden furniture, a barbecue and two parking spaces. Spend unforgettable moments with your family in magical Istria!

Location and surroundings of object
In the eastern part of Istria, only 15 kilometers from the sea, lies the medieval town Pićan, a town with rich history and cultural heritage, today a town of galleries and artists who create and live here all year round. Pićan is located near the town of Labin. Labin is a small town in the interior of Istria, which attracts many curious people with its beautiful old town built on an acropolis and other rich cultural and monumental heritage. It is only three kilometres away from the sea.
Below the hill of the old town, the urban part of Podlabin was built, and these two settlements together gather about 12,500 inhabitants. A rare combination of Mediterranean climate and rich architectural heritage, Labin has become a centre for artists from all over the world, as evidenced by the numerous studios in the old town. Moreover, Labin is a mecca for small businesses and the second largest exporter in Istria. Together with Rabac, which under the administration of the city of Labin realizes over one million tourist nights in hotel and apartment accommodation.

Great family vacation
We had a wonderful holiday as a family with 1 child with great weather and a fantastic holiday home. The landlord and his family were warm hosts and we lacked nothing. We would love to come back!
