Villa Goretini is an extremely charming and unique designed 5 stars villa with pool for 6 persons, located in a small village Šumber near Labin.The house is situated on the parcel of 3000m2 and it is surrounded with the greenery of the nature. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with large dining table, fully equipped kitchen and one double bedroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms. One of them is with a double bed and the second one is with 2 single beds. Each bedroom is air conditioned and has its own bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge with freezer, coffee maker, microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher). The house is fully air conditioned and additionally includes satellite TV, free wi-fi, and a washing machine. Villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a swimming pool and a barbecue. The guests can also enjoy their holidays by playing ping-pong, table football, darts, volleyball and mini football. There is also a playground with swings for children...

The house is located in a small village Sumber (about 12 km from Rabac). Rabac is a major tourist resort on the east coast of the Istrian peninsula. Magnificent scenery, beautiful sandy beaches, pleasant climate and view of the bay each year attracts many tourists. Today Rabac is modern and attractive tourist resort underfloor the ancient town of Labin and offers a diverse range of culinary specialties, boat trips and sports activities. Due to its good access, beautiful beaches (rocky and sandy beach) and the clear sea, Rabac is particularly suitable for family holidays. Istria is the biggest green oasis of north Adriatic and the biggest peninsula in Croatia, which is surrounded by a crystal clear blue sea.
