The approx. 87 m large flat is very comfortable, cosy and generously equipped. The apartment has underfloor heating and, in addition to TV, DVD and stereo, there is a wood-burning stove in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with hot air cooker, dishwasher, microwave and various other appliances. The bathroom has a shower, corner bath and washing machine. Large south-facing balcony with garden furniture and parasol, parking space and bike shed belonging to the apartment. The flat can be rented for up to 4 persons. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds. All beds have comfort height! The stairs in the flat do not have a child safety gate! In the flat there is a children's travel bed and a children's high chair free of charge. Of course, games and books are also part of the inventory!

The flat in the "Kapitänshaus" is located in the western part of Zingst in an absolutely quiet cul-de-sac. The pedestrian zone, beach or Bodden can be reached in just a few minutes.
