Very nice holiday home

We felt very comfortable in Beachhouse36. Everything you need is available. Throughout the day in the fresh air, we looked forward to a cozy evening of watching TV with candlelight on the sofa. The contact was very nice and, above all, fast, and on the day of departure, we were even allowed to check out later. Thank you for a wonderful short vacation in Lemmer!

Pure relaxation

Very cozy apartment in a prime location. The equipment is exemplary complete. One hundred meters to the dike and already at the Ijsselmeer (with bathing jetty). Very close to the city beach and to the village itself, which is, by the way, great. Plenty of localities on either side of the canal that runs through the village, including two locks. Watching ships is a must. There is a lot to explore in the surrounding area, both by bike and by visiting the neighboring villages by car.
A completely relaxing and laid-back holiday, highly recommended. We would love to come back!

Nice vacation despite mediocre weather.

The accommodation matched the photos on the website. Sufficient tableware, pots, etc. available. Nice starting point for bike tours and walks or for the beach.

E-bike vacation in Lemmer.

We booked the Beachhouse 36 from May 19th to May 26th in 2023.

It is located in a holiday complex with houses of similar size.

The individual plots are separated from each other by high hedges.

The sandy beach is only a few minutes' walk from the house.

We occupied the house with two people and found it very spacious.

In our opinion, the house was tastefully and practically furnished.

There is a wooden terrace and a sunbathing area on the property.

In the surrounding area, there is everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

We did several day trips with the e-bikes and enjoyed the beautiful landscape and visited some interesting towns.

It was a successful vacation.

Beautiful holiday

We had two wonderful weeks in this holiday home, which was furnished with attention to detail.
The location is top. Just behind the dam you are at the water. There is a jetty where you can easily get into the water. We used it often. 500 m further on is the fine sandy beach. In the morning there is almost nothing going on.
The landlords were very welcoming and gave us tips for excursions. You can also call them at any time with questions or problems.
The small town of Lemmer is fantastic.
We will definitely come back.

Beachhouse36

We really enjoyed, a very nice house, super clean, nicely arranged, we felt very comfortable, very quiet, highly recommended! The only thing that could be improved is the sun protection. Also, regarding mosquito protection, this would keep the walls clean as well. We will gladly come back. Best regards from the Bergisches Land. Iris and Jörg.

Short break in November 2021

We felt very comfortable in the very cozy, well-equipped, and clean Beachhouse. We would highly recommend this house at any time and would rent it again when the opportunity arises. We have known Lemmer and Friesland for 47 years, have spent many holidays on our sailboat here, and also find it very beautiful "on dry land."

Short holiday for two

We have been to Beachhous 36 for the second time this year.
What can I say?
Pure relaxation.
The house is lovingly furnished down to the smallest detail.
The location is wonderful and only a few metres from the beach.
From the dyke you can walk to the town of Lemmer.
I would say that it is about 3 km.
You have great shopping and restaurants there.
But back to the house.
You will find a parking space for your car directly at the house on the property. The open living room is very spacious and immediately makes you feel comfortable.
The hammer is the open kitchen with direct dining area.
There is an open cooking island! A dream !
Everything else is as described in the advertisement.
I don't want to go on raving about it, because I'm afraid I won't get any free dates.

Great week at Beachhouse 36 in Lemmer

We spent 1 week in the lovingly and beautifully furnished beach house. We really liked it. Due to its location directly on the levee, proximity to the beach, and nearby shopping facilities, this house has an ideal location. The area is also perfect for long walks with a dog, the dog beach can be reached within 5 minutes. The great garden with 2 terraces also invites you to relax/sunbathe. The beach house is very quiet. Thank you very much for the lovely and relaxing time. We would love to come back next year. Due to a contactless handover, we weren't sure how to rate the "service," so we chose the middle rating. Gezellig ruim vakantiehuis

Super nice spacious house with a real beach house atmosphere and funny boat details. Even 2 toilets, bathrooms. Always handy with 2 teenage daughters. Initially a bit exciting to book via a German website and owner but contact by email beforehand went well and once arrived contact is through a Dutch-speaking local manager. There is not much to do at Bungalowpark Iselmar itself. But Lemmer is a really nice village and the beach is within walking distance in good weather.

Beautiful town Lemmer.

Everything went great. Very cute house with a great terrace. The sea is very close, but the beach is a bit further. We rented bikes and used them a lot. I can recommend the bike shop in town. The house is very cute and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The communication with Marion was uncomplicated. We would come back.

Ein modernes Ferienhaus

The holiday home is modernly furnished and has a complete equipment. Due to its location, the house is very suitable for an active holiday with bicycles. The well-kept outdoor area invites you to relax.

Fijn, huiselijk chalet

What a nice house. Spacier than we expected. Very bright due to the large windows, very clean and in a quiet park. When we arrived, we immediately felt at home.
Many possibilities to store things. Good wifi and modern TVs, essential with teenagers.
The location is good. Close to the beach, the center, the supermarket, and the harbor.
What might make it complete is a washing machine. Only if you like hiking, you will have to take the car for a short while, but within fifteen minutes you can walk among the most beautiful landscapes. Renting an e-scooter at Beachclub Lemmer was a good alternative. The contact with the rental company went smoothly and pleasant, in short, we actually have nothing to complain about and would like to come back to Lemmer again.

P. s. if you want to rent a boat, we recommend WSB Anja in Grou. Very customer-friendly and half-day rentals are also possible.

Erholung pur

We found a very beautiful holiday home with a great personal touch. The location and facilities leave nothing to be desired. The lovely welcome from Marion and the explanations about the house got us in the mood for a week of beautiful vacation. The house is the ideal starting point for cycling, walking, and strolling. We liked it so much that we would love to come back again.

Relaxation at the beach house

We had a wonderful week in the Beachhouse in late summer. The house exudes incredible coziness; you can tell right away that it was furnished with a lot of attention to detail and passion. Super nice landlords who warmly welcomed us and took the time for a nice "chat." We took daily trips in the nearby area and visited the many charming little villages nearby. When we returned and opened the door to the beach house, we immediately felt at home. Thank you for a wonderful time! We will definitely come back soon!

Great and clean accommodation!

We spent 2 weeks in the beautifully furnished Beachhouse. There was nothing lacking and thanks to the hosts, we felt very welcome.

Due to its location directly on the dam, its proximity to the beach, and the nearby shopping opportunities, it is the ideal location. The area is also perfect for cyclists as there are many cycling routes here.

The great garden with 2 terraces also invites you to relax/sunbathe. The Beachhouse is very quiet. Thank you very much for the lovely and relaxing time we were able to experience in your cottage! :-)

Super Ferienhaus

After our long car journey, we were warmly welcomed by the landlords who were already waiting for us in the parking lot. After a short house tour, we received great activity tips that we were very excited about :) The house is beautifully decorated and not even 200 meters from the sea. In the town of Lemmer, you can leisurely stroll and end the evening by the canal with a cocktail. Thank you very much. It was a wonderful time. The vacation home comes highly recommended!

Top Ferienhäuschen

We stayed in this holiday home for a week. The furnishings and everything around it have been designed with a lot of love. We really liked the interior, so we felt right at home. In the area, you can explore a lot, and within a few minutes, you can reach the beach and the town center of Lemmer. There are also many shopping opportunities in the nearby small towns. The handling with the owners worked wonderfully and perfectly. We will gladly come back :)
