"Villa Zorica" is a house with a swimming pool in Porec, which offers 14 beds (+2 on a folding sofa)
The house is rented for private use only to a group of guests
The villa has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 1 WC and 7 balconies.
On the ground floor there is a games room with billiards and PS4, living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Also on the ground floor there is 1 bedroom and a bathroom.
From the entrance hall with fireplace stairs you reach the 1st floor. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds. One bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. The two remaining rooms use a bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The playroom leads up the stairs to the 2nd floor. There are 2 apartments:
Apartment 1 - two bedrooms, 1 balcony, bathroom with shower, mini kitchen with dining table
Apartment 2 - bedroom with own balcony, bathroom with shower, mini-kitchen with dining table
In the courtyard there is a terrace with garden furniture, a 40 m2 pool, a fireplace and deckchairs.
We also have an equipped outdoor kitchen.
The villa has been completely renovated and everything is well furnished inside and out.
