Description

This house is ideal for a holiday with the whole family. On two floors and 125 square metres, a newly designed and modernly furnished holiday home for 6 people awaits you. On the ground floor you will find the hallway, the large living and dining room, the kitchen and the guest WC with shower, the highlight being the open-plan living room, which can accommodate the whole family. The wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere, especially in the colder months. From the large dining table you have a beautiful view of the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob and dishwasher, as well as a normal coffee machine and a capsule machine. On the upper floor of the house are the three bedrooms and the large daylight bathroom with bath and shower, one of which has a large wardrobe and a sleeping area of 2.20m x 2.00m. The other bedroom has a television and a double bed measuring 1.80m x 2.0m. The third bedroom also has a double bed measuring 1.80m x 2.00m and an additional sofa bed. Both this and the neighbouring bedroom have access to the balcony, where you can enjoy the sun in the evening. The large, private garden is the ideal place to spend time in summer. The large terrace extends from the living room to the kitchen and offers access to the garden from both rooms. A rotary clothes dryer and bicycle storage facilities offer additional comfort. Garden furniture and parasol are available. WLAN is available and free of charge. You can park your car either in the garage or in the second parking space in front. Please note that SUVs and larger vehicles do not fit in the garage.

This newly built holiday home is located in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf. Shopping facilities and a bakery are within walking distance. The transport connections are very good. The house is set back from the main road and is therefore in a quiet location. The beach is about one and a half kilometres away and the centre of Heringsdorf is about 1.7 kilometres away.
