The apartment has a terrace with deckchairs and a wonderful view over the Sauerland mountains
Parking spaces and sunbathing lawn are located directly at the house.
On a living area of 65m² there are 2 bedrooms, living room with DIGITAL-SAT-TV (new LED flat screen), WLAN, radio, stereo, telephone, completely furnished kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee machine, egg boiler, shower/WC with hairdryer, and much more. It offers space for 2-4 persons and has its own entrance.

Our house is situated in a quiet but central location in Assinghausen. In the village centre you will find cosy inns and restaurants. In addition to hiking and cycling, you will also get your money's worth in the winter in the nearby villages of Willingen and Winterberg. The beautiful low mountain range landscape with deciduous and coniferous forests opens up a hiking paradise with wonderful viewpoints in the land of a thousand mountains.
